Thank you for the feedback. This is honestly what I wish I would get. Honest critisism, but without the useless banter. For what I am going for in this scene/battle, when Dalai emerges is to showcase, even though emperor Ala was said to have been close to godhood, he still is small fry compared to real one. A true showcase of how puny one is in the entire universe. I was aiming to showcase, though how powerful the strongest people were on Aesis, when the first actual god (the main beings techically in my story) appears, the realization how far must the MC journey out. Basically thinking one is close to the finnish line only to realize they havent even reached the first checkpoint. Sorry for the over explanation, but thank you so much for the feedback. Wish I get more of this. Keeps me motivated to write.

Luffy - Zorro, in a way, but it is clear who is the MC

Well I am not sure Rikard was stronger, but was just more martial in nature. I kinda don't put them into power rankings as MMA math doesn't really work (This guy wins this doesn't mean he automatically wins the other). Also I kinda view the relationship and power difference for Rufus and Edward the same way Zoro and Luffy from one piece.

Can you elaborate a bit more? :)
