MTL has trouble with big numbers in Chinese, it should already be common knowlage by now
Big numbers in Chinese can be quite ambiguous, that’s why when you MTL it, it can be different each time, besides Chinese also has a liking for saying 10-20 and such instead of specific numbers, I don’t know if it’s a context thing which get lost in translation or it’s just a common way of saying around 15 in Chinese but it also doesn’t translate well when no real translator is around. If you have been here from the era of spirit stones, when 95% of novels had real translators, you would have seen how such basic numbers errors almost never happened
Holy S**t, the implications of this statement are massive
My guess is that beastmasters are also martial artists hence why they are definitely stronger
As someone who learned it, leaving maga purpose is solely to neutralize(with focus on subduing instead of killing when possible) the enemy with least risk possible, regardless of the arming status of both sides, there is no “sport” events mainly because most moves aim to dislocate joints or making the enemy unable to be a threat like kicks to the groin. Its goal is to help citizens and law enforcement handle terrorists when holding them at gunpoint isn’t possible. Its considered one of the most effective martial arts at subduing armed threats when at close quarters, and as far as I know most body guards learn it or a derivative of it
It’s Loose from the expression “Loose Sand” meaning they are not connected in an organization
Could also just be a figure of speech to denote the rarity, even if the rarity is in actuality just 1 in 10,000
He didn’t mention his age, only that he looked like 25-26 visually
That because he didn’t say one and a half percent, he said one and a half “layers/parts”(don’t know if this is the exact term in English) - this is an ancient Chinese measuring system which divides stuff into 10, meaning each layer/part is 10%.
No, I think it’s the “fellow” from area A he talked about, probably an accomplice
