I focus on the ring and imagine three threads holding it. Now that the ability has evolved, I've been able to pick up some of the original two strands and put on a third strand to make it easier to control the object.

I start imagining the wires pulling the ring up I begin to play with it around the table just using the mana threads I created.

"Amazing! Is your power telekinesis? Only with your mind power can you control a small object without even touching it." He says in awe.

"Yeah, I got that ability a little while ago, so I still don't know how to use it right." I say honestly.

"I see... I wonder, if your ability is like that in only your first ring, you will become incredibly powerful in the future." He says contemplatively.

"I see you're always talking about becoming more and more powerful, but I still don't understand the reason for it. It's not possible that we have powers just for fun, right? "I ask.

We talked all afternoon. I was able to learn a lot about this world's 'Awakening'. But the most important thing I learned was that when someone hits 100 points on a skill, he gets a message that he can't reach 100 points on another skill. No matter how much he or she trains they will not exceed 99.

'Strange, why did I not get a message for this? I need to test that." I think.

Another very important thing I learned was that to become stronger, the Awakened receive missions for their specialty's. Marvin for example, when he was a minor did yoga classes. Nowadays he only receives missions on yoga. When he completes them, he earns points to put in AGI only. Unlike me, I get missions on anything and I can put my points where I want.

I have also learned that they don't receive missions that often. Perhaps because they can only put the points in a single statistic, they normally receive one or two missions per week.

After we talked, I took the time to get used to this world, after that I decided to join their Brotherhood.

On my way home I got a phone call.
