Adrian gasped and immediately snatched the wine glass from his wife's hand. "What are you doing? I told you not to drink too much!"

"It's not half the glass, I'll be fine. I just..." Avians were a bit nauseous as they were not used to drinking alcohol.

"See? What's wrong with you suddenly wanting to do this? If you're drunk, we can't spend time together. Your head will hurt too."

She looked down as Adrian scolded her, she knew she made a mistake when everything was fine a few minutes ago. But she just wanted to be on the same level as Adrian and everyone else.

"Whenever we eat out, I always drink water while everyone else drinks wine. Especially when there's a company party. They all keep noticing that I don't drink wine or anything like them," Avians explained.

They would talk about how tacky Avians was for not being able to drink alcohol that was limited to wine, a drink that was considered classy.
