Honeymoon ( 12 )

"Oh, I forgot," Mr. Satria said  regretfully. "Did you open the present from me?"

"Yes sir."

"Did you open it with Bara? Or have you taken off your clothes together?" Pak Satria joked.

Bara and Dila's jaws hardened and their teeth chattered.

If ... Only they could stuff this old man's mouth ... but they can't because he was Dila's superior. Want it or not, Dila had to endure their annoyance and resentment.

"What do you mean? I don't understand," Dila said with a triple face.

"Hahahahaha."  Mr. Satria was burst out laughing.  "I just remind you about the voucher I gave you to stay at the Kandui Resort. Don't forget to leave tomorrow. I have asked the resort to provide their best service for you."

"Oooh I see. Thank you, sir, but in my opinion, it is too expensive. The cost of holidays there is not cheap. The other employees are definitely jealous of me."

"You deserve the prize Dila. Think of it as a reward for your performance and achievements so far. Let me hang up the phone first. Sorry to bother you, Assalamualaikum," Mr. Satria said while ending the phone conversation.

Click! The telephone connection had been lost!

"Is your boss' character is pervert like that?" Bara suddenly asked.

"No. I just found out that he is a pervert after we got married."

"I thought it was a long time ago."

"Maybe he was excited to see I got married. They were so excited because I'm on my thirty years old and haven't been married until now. It's good to be a man, if you haven't married yet, no one would terror you like a girl. If a girl, they will label you as an old virgin. In the past, if someone asked me when will I get married, I replied to them 'when will they die'," Dila said, let her heart out.

Bara burst out laughing as he closed his mouth.

"Don't think about what people say, Dila. We don't live because of what other people say. Think of them as envious and jealous people because they can't afford to be like us," Bara said while yawning.  "Let's sleep. I'm sleepy."

"Alright."

"We sleep with a bolster as our barrier. Then we just go in the opposite direction of sleep," suggested Bara. The man wanted to make Dila comfortable with him.

"That's a good suggestion," Dila said while snapping her fingers.

They slept in the same bed but in opposite directions. They covered themselves.

"Good night Dila," Bara said with a smile.

  "Good night too," replied Dila.

The morning sun greeted and never got tired to greet with its beautiful rays. The sound of the dawn call to prayer echoed. Dila, who was used to getting up at dawn, was awake.

Dila yawned and rubbed her eyes, but her eyes grew wide when she saw someone sleeping next to her with a blanket covering the whole body.

Dila's life was not yet fully collected. Dila screamed hysterically because someone was sleeping next to her. Reflexed, Dila kicked and screamed hysterically.  Fortunately, Dila's room had sound absorbers so that it can't be heard by the other families.

Bara, who was asleep, woke up because he fell from the bed. Bara's body was crushed because he was kicked roughly.

"What's wrong with you, Dila? Why did you kick me?" Bara asked irritatedly.

Bara rubbed his face roughly. Early in the morning, Dila had made him emotional.

Bara's expression turned dark and felt that he was not being treated well. If he was not bound by customs, he might live in his own house. They could sleep in their own rooms without any disturbance from anyone.

Dila realized her mistake. She regretted kicking Bara down from the bed. Dila could feel how sick Bara's back was.

"Forgive me. I reflexively did it. I accidentally kicked you. I was surprised because suddenly there is a man sleeping next to me. I forgot that we are married," Dila said, stuttered guiltily.

"Forgive my negligence. Please forgive me," Dila said, begging.

Bara laughed at the fear and regret on Dila's face. He understood Dila's attitude because they were never close before, but suddenly got married and slept in bed.

"This time I forgive you, next time I will not forgive you," Bara said, pretended to be threatening.

"This is the first and the last time. I promise there will not be something like this again. I promise."  Dila's fingers formed a V letter.

"Okay. I'm being kind this morning. I forgive you."

The knock on the door distracted Bara and Dila.

Dila immediately got up to open the door of the room. Dila only opened the door halfway. There was Naura in front of the door.

"What's the matter?"  Dila asked while staring at Naura.

"Tell Bara to take a bath and pray at dawn in congregation at the mosque. After the dawn prayer we will praying for thanksgiving. Don't forget to take a bath."

"Alright. Why does your face look so annoyed? What happened?"

"Nothing."  Naura dodged. Now was not the right time to tell Dila about the problem.

"You can't lie to me. What happened?" Dila asked intimidatingly.

"Last night I fought with Ria. I was sick of being patient with her. Last night I took my anger out on her."
