Tracing them
Maxx Pov:
The police officer told Vyrie's mother, "We are willing to help you ma'am, but we can't take action right now since your child hasn't been gone for 24 hours." We still don't know where Vyrie is, and we don't know where Ryle is. We have a strong suspicion that those two are together because they have yet to return home. But what we don't know is what their reasons are for being lost, and if they are ever found, why are they together.
I've been at Vyrie's house since last night, when I went with her mother since I knew she'd have a hard time sleeping if Vyrie hadn't returned yet, and I soothed her all night. But, of course, I informed my mother that I would spend the night at Vyrie's house, and that Vyrie was missing, and that she was concerned about her. So my mother agreed to let me spend the night at their place so Vyrie's mother could be with me.
