The Heart Remembered
JACOB arrived at the hotel's parking lot, but he was silent and did not move in the driver's seat. His face was bent in front of the steering wheel for a long time as if he had been asleep but suddenly looked up when he heard the whistle of a car. He loosened his grip on the wheel. And snatched his mobile phone from his pants pocket, opened it, and dialed.
"Where are you?" He was startled immediately when he heard the voice of the phone number he had called. "I need to talk to you. Please see me in the foyer. I will be there right now."
After saying what he wanted to happen, he turned off the light of his mobile phone, opened the door of his vehicle, and left.
