"Your Highness! Mr. Elijah!"
Elijah and Sofia were practicing as usual when they heard the sound of someone shouting from the direction of the guest house fence. Elijah and Sofia unconsciously glanced at each other. Then, as if they could understand just from exchanging glances, both of them put their swords back on their waists before rushing towards the origin of the voice.
"Ah... thank goodness. I thought you guys were still sleeping."
Outside the fence, Marquess Flint stood in front of the carriage that was positioned to enter the guest house. Sofia unconsciously raised her eyebrows. "What is the need for you to come so early, Lord Flint?" she asked in a puzzled tone.
"Ah, that's...."
"Your Highness, I came to fetch you home."
