"Seth, don't you think it's about time you give me an answer?"
I glanced at the girl sitting on the other side of the table, drinking a cappuccino. It was evening, and we were in a new quiet bar I found for us to have our meetings in, with a far more casual atmosphere.
A few weeks have passed, and nothing significant has really happened. Every Wednesday evening, I met with that Alyssa girl and took her to a different bar or restaurant to have a chat. I always prepared a few questions about the part of the legal system I was currently reading. I didn't really care about the answers, I did it just to make it seem as if I was still figuring out the deal. I also talked about a lot of other, unrelated topics with her. She turned out not to be as boring as she first seemed.
