Hello There

"What are your names?" Dom asked the leading Hoplite that walked in front of him.

"I am Alexander, my lord." Alexander, the one with the purple crested helmet replied. "To your right are Homer and Haemon, to your left are Gregorios and Kleitos. We are proud to be in your service, may we vanquish your enemies and defend our new home."

"Great to have you with us Alexander." Dom replied with a smile.

"Can I have a go with your spear later?" Gan Ning added in excitement. "I've never used one so long before."

"Of course." Alexander replied, "We should have a a few spares in the Hall, however ideally we'll need an armoury and more making soon."

"Agreed." Lucius added, "Amongst many things. How many men are in your unit?"

"We are the advanced team, our units are normally called Enomotia, which is 32 of us. we would form 4 lines, 8 deep. Then together as a larger unit we are called a Lochos. I can manage an Enomotia, but I am not yet qualified to manage a full Lochos. At the current rate, I'll have my full Enomotia in 7 days. We are adept at land battles and working in tight formation, however we are adaptable."

"Interesting." Lucius replied, "I may propose some changes in the future to the structure. But it will be interesting to watch you work when more of you arrive. For now I'm impressed with your armour and weapons, you look like you'll be a great asset if there is a fight."

"Yes they will!" Tomyris commented enthusiastically, "Do you have families or have you come alone?"

"Some of us have families, maybe they will join us in the future." Alexander replied with little emotion. With nods from some of the men who walked with them.

"Show Stats." Dom stated, whilst looking at Alexander and listening to the conversation.

Warrior Grade - B+

Leader of the 32 men in his Enomotia, has thought many battles against other Greek states over the years of his life with great success, with a few more years of experience he could have been made a low level Hero Class.]

They soon reached the Town Centre, where Dom stopped them.

"This is the Town Centre, above is my room where I will be staying. Inside is a large hall where we can gather for food and meetings." Dom stopped and pointed at the houses. "Over there are the Villager houses, you are more than welcome to stay there if the Hero or Warriors Halls aren't suitable. I am sure we can get more housing built in the mean time. We also have the Granary and the Lumber Camp over there."

The group looked around at the terrain and the buildings that Dom had pointed out to them. Different looks crossed there faces as their minds came up with ideas and solutions.

"I would like to take two men to the Lumber Camp and inspect the entrance to the woods." Tomyris asked. "It is the most obvious weak point to our defences as we can not see far because of it.

"Of course, do you mind Alexander?" Dom replied.

"Of course not, Homer and Haemon, please follow her ladyship and follow her command."

Tomyris nodded at the two Hoplite, before walking away towards the camp, waving at the group as she left. The sun shone off the 3 of their armours as they left for the small walk.

"Can I take the other two?" Gan Ning commented, "I want to inspect the River first. I want to see how deep it is, and what potential we can get from it going forwards"

"Of course." Dom replied.

Gan Ning turned towards the river, quickly followed by Gregorios and Kleitos. Dom smiled as they left. Things had started to get moving and he had a small force of NPC's growing around him. Dom looked at the Town Centre entrance, with Lucius and Alexander at each if his shoulders.

"I think it would be ideal to build some farmland on the flatlands over there. I'll inspect it later, if Alexander will accompany me? I could build myself a nice little house and farm in peace." Lucius commented. With Alexander nodding his head in acknowledgment.

"That would be nice, but first things first. System, please spawn Villagers." Dom commanded.

[Rolling for Villagers...Villagers spawning.]

The doors to the Town Centre opened, and a large group of people walked out. With 5 people leading from the front. They were a mix of colours of hair and skin, with a difference in stature and weight.

"27 in total." Lucius commented from the side. "Looks like 5 family units. A good start."

Dom nodded in agreement as the 5 leading Villagers walked forwards. 4 men and 1 Woman. The first to greet him was a tall dark skinned man with no hair, he had strong muscles and alongside the rest of the Villagers, wore simple togas of white cloth.

"Hello there, my name is Benjamin, I heard of your Village and brought my family to join and have a new start. We are farmers and are here for your command. My 4 sons are strong and my Wife stronger still." The first man introduced himself and his family. His Wife and Son's behind him bowing their heads in respect. The Sons all having much more hair than their father.

"My name is Alejandro." The second man introduced himself, he was short and tanned with silky black hair, behind him were two girls and a very attractive lady. "This is my wife and my daughters. We are a family of weavers and can make simple clothing. I see you do not yet have a role for us, but we are happy to get involved where needed."

"I am Lars." The third man introduced himself. He was medium sized, with very pale skin. He had thick arms and behind him were 3 men and 3 woman. He had long grey hair tied in a ponytail, with a scar down the side of his face. "My sons and I are lumberjacks, my daughters are skilled carpenters and craftswoman. We see you have a wonderful forest surrounding you, we are happy to help clear it."

"I am Helena." The Woman introduced herself, She was tall and slim, behind her were 4 young women who all looked very similar to their mother. "After my husbands death, we have been looking for a new home. He was a renowned fisherman and sailors and we have learnt his skills over the years. We can work with Lars to build some simple boats and Alejandro to create some nets and start fishing that beautiful river in the distance."

"I am Wang Shu." The final man introduced himself. Short and muscular with thinning black hair, behind him was a short, fat woman and 3 tall men with short black hair, they looked more like their mother than their father, with chubby cheeks and bellies to match. "Myself and my sons are builders. We can build anything as long as we have the designs. We are happy to be of service."

Finally, Dom thought to himself, the S class Town Centre had supplied him with 5 families, they may not be S Class, but the perk *Family Bonds* had been in overdrive, so rather than 5 people, he had 27, all who could contribute in some way.

"Welcome to Riverside." Dom announced to the crowd. "We are a new village, but together we will build a thriving, prosperous new home for us all." Dom looked at his new Villagers with glee, time to assign some tasks and get started.

"Beside me is Lucius, he is our most senior member of the Village after myself, his knowledge is deep and profound." Dom continued, he checked Lucius's response to his announcement, but was disappointed to see there was no reaction, as if what he had stated was a matter of fact. "Our two Commanders are Gan Ning who is by the River and Tomyris who is beside the Forest. Alexander behind me is the most senior member of our Villages Warriors, behind the others previously mentioned. Lucius, do you have anything to add?"

"Thank you," He started. "As you will see, we have 10 Houses over there, please select one per family for now, as we build more, you will be able to spread out between them more. We expect more families to join us daily, as well as more Warriors. We also need to start planting crops and gathering materials. All together there is a lot to do and everyone needs to get involved. We currently have a Granary full of food and a forest rich with wood. It would be ideal if the families can make themselves at home, whilst the family heads join myself and the Lord in the Town Centre. Let's meet together in an hour."

The family heads quickly bowed before gathering their families together and headed towards the houses in the distance. Leaving just Dom, Lucius and Alexander behind.

"I'll go inspect the flatlands with Alexander." Lucius commented, "I'll be back within the hour. Let's meet inside, I am looking forward to see your Town Centre. I hope it is homely."

Dom stood on his own, thinking about his next steps, he had to hold a small meeting with his initial villagers and asign them tasks. He had to join with either Tomyris or Gan Ning and explore the surroundings. He also had to decide if he would draw either a Domestic or Military Hero with his last draw, but he would do that after hearing the others thoughts on what they needed.

"I also have one more thing to do." Dom declared, "System, use the black cube."

The doors opened again of the Town Centre and a few faces appeared.

"Hey Captain!" A familiar voice shouted in excitement.
