A Mile From Death

"Camila, Camila" Jack woke up in shock thinking all about Camila.

"She's fine with her family" Nutaila was standing beside his bed with Desmond she gave him a glass of water.

"They are real, beasts I fought them they are strong worse"

"Shh everything is fine now you are home son"

"May be we really do need this allience"

"And then what?, let your boyfriend rule us again?"

"We are dealing with the most powerful monsters here dad, may be its time to put behind the roles and work together"

"We will be fine on our own we don't need them"

"Fine then as you wish" Nutaila walked away from the room.

Early in the morning the other day students were in the class all of them no one talked about last night suddenly a new teacher got inside all immortal being felt something once that teacher walked inside Camila was staring at Milan.

"Hello everybody my name is Leonardo but you can call me Leo I will be your new history teacher" Everyone was shocked.

"What happened to Mr Harry?" Mino stood up and asked.

"Mino right? sorry boy there are new rules now, new age, it appeard that Mr Harry wasn't skilled enough to teach here so he was fired and I am a new teacher chose to teach you history" All students seems down Mino sitted.

"Why do you all think this is unfair?"

"Fair enough why don't we start a lecture" Deborah answered.

"Okay then open your books on page 977 lets study about Foxes and Snakes" Milan raised his hands.

"Yes" He stood up.

"Sorry Mr why don't we study about Beasts instead?" Milan was saying while staring at that man's eyes straight.

"And why would we study about Beasts today Mr Milan"

"We need to know how they feed, how they reproduce what their weakness is" Bellamy stood up.

"Yeah I agree with Milan why don'e we study beasts"

"Anyone who's against these two?" All of them stood up. Leo smiled. All of them sitted down on their chairs.

"Fine then flip your pages" They saw a title "BEAST" but with no picture at the page.

"Okay then beast, first question who can tell me why there isn't any picture of beast at the books?"

"Because they were long gone I mean when the world started developing they weren't there, heard they were locked far away by a spell" Milan answered the question.

"Wow and why do you think they were spelled?"

"Because they were ruthless, betrayers of the clan, montsers dangerous" Everyone was quiet looking at Milan and Leo.

"Wow Milan you seem to know great deal about Beasts"

"What can I say? am good in history I have a huge Library in my house spending my entire time reading books"

"And you are not affraid of these creatures? what if they come back after breaking from a spell what will you do? will you run away and save your self Milan?" Leo was talking while slowly walking towards him.

"And why would I run away from my opponent? I will stand and fight no matter how it costs me I will stand and fight my town always I'm not scared of them"

"Even if thats mean losing your girlfriend to them?" Leo said while looking at Nutaila

"Well for one thing I don't have a girlfriend, and for another, I'm way passed love right now" Leo clapped his hands.

"I like it, I like you already Milan you are brave" Nutaila stood up and walked out from class.

"So guys lets continue" Milan looked at Camila while saying with invicible language.

"Is that him?"

"I can tell it's him, he was the one" Leo looked at them and smiled secretly Deborah saw that. Sometimes later Milan was with Camila and Deborah in the car he started the engine while they were talking.

"It's him he is a beast who put us down last night"

"Yeah you guys noticed he heard you while you were talking earlier I saw him smile" Camila remembered something...."You see what you think we are two steps ahead of you, if you think you are strong, fast, we are two steps ahead of you we can hear a very lower voice that you call super voice, anything you think, we ten steps ahead of you"...

"You can't fight him alone Milan these guys hunts in pack too"

"I don't have to worry about that we have Elijah we will take them down"

"If you were able to win Elijah then they have big chance of killing us Milan we are not like vampires once our neck is broken we are done we are dead" Jack was passing by

"See you guys later but don't plan anything stupid" Camila got out of the car and went for Jack.

"Hey Jack how are you feeling?" Jack hugged her.

"Sorry If I had you worry last night" Nutaila was in the laboratory along with her fellow vampires talking James called them all.

"Where is Jack? he should be here by now?"

"I don't want my brother involve in this James what ever we are doing here he must not know"

"Okay then I called you here because I think I found something"

"What are you talking about?"

"We all know that beasts have taken over the college now, one of them has revealed his self but others didn't we don't know how many they are out there, or how they look like we all saw them in their full tracksuits and mask on we have to be alert, protect eachother" Nutaila had a bag of blood.

"Nutaila if you wan't to survive them you have to drink warm blood straight from the vein"

"Am not monsters like you, I don't want to kill amyone"

"You can either kill or turn them your choice but those kind of bloods won't help you" James had Bracelets he gave it to them.

"Desmond gave this to me Once you see beastsor anytime you are in danger that bracelet will light a red light anyone of us we have to stay close so that we can help eachother once they come" Nutaila droped hers on the floor.

"Sorry I can't take it, you guys seems to trust my dad so much right? let me tell you one thing there is no way we can fight this war without joining allience" Nutaila took her things and wanted to walk away. Harleen stood in her way.

"Move Harleen I don't want to fight you"

"We are here to help each other Nutaila"

"I don't need your help" Nutaila left. She went to Carmen she saw her streching and warming up, she went to join her.

"Hey Nutaila whats app"

"Cam remember telling you about beasts right? well they are here now and Mr Leo is one of them" Carmen was shocked.

"Don't stop continue streching, just listen very careful to me"

"These monsters are very strong once you get in your house don't get out expecially at night don't ever think of opening the door once you heard a bell, until we figure something out"

"Okay I understand I will keep it in mind" They finished streching an left but Carmen dropped her necklase without knowing. Later on Tonight that day Desmond was home preparing his weapons. Jack showed up to him.

"Hey Jack help me with this" Jack started helping him.

"You have something to tell me Jack?"

"You told Camila to stay away from me?"

"You should knoe that Wolves and Vampires's love doomed to fail"

"No dad I love her and she loves me so much too"

"You will stay away from her Jack never see her again"

"You can't tell me who should or shouldn't fall in love with" Jack walked away with anger.

"Yeah even my own children are against me now"

"You brought this on yourself you know that?" Nutaila showed up to him.

"Glad one problem after another, what do you want?"

"Am here to make my self helpuf is there anything I can do?" On the other side Carmen was in her room she couldn't find her necklase.

"Where could I have kept it?" She searched and searched but she didn't find it.

"Oh God It must have dropped at College" She looked at her watch it was almost 10:00pm tonight She took her blanket and slowly she sneaked out from her home her mother didn't saw her she took her car and run over to college. She was going to look for her necklase all by herself. She entered the college it was very quiet only emergency night lights were on, no one was in the college she went directly to the streching room she found it on the floor.

"Oh thank God my mom won't have to kill me" She putted it back on and stood while slowly walking her way back. While she was walking she felt like something was watching her at the back she turned around she didn't find anything. She continued walking she was passing by the base ball ground, she felt again as if something was going after her she turned again and she didn't saw anything. She started getting scared

"Oh My God what is happening?" Suddenly she saw shining of Yellow eyes from the darkeness she turnen around and started running away, it was a beast was chasing her, she was far from the door and the beast was behind her she entered her class and hid under the tables she took out her phone and texted Nutaila 'I need your help please am at schools something is chasing me' she sent that message the door was broken by a beast it got inside, Carmen saw it it was a huge beast with scay face and horns she wanted to screem but she was holding it in.

"I can smell your fear" That beast showed up in front of her. She started screaming that beast wanted to take her but Carmen had a light she turned it on by mistake that light was burning it. Carmen got a chance of running away but she was scrached on her left leg she wasn't walking straight she went in laboratory and lock the door she hid under the table and called Nutaila. Nutaila was in her room getting ready to sleep her phone rang she answered.

"Hey Girl I was just about to call....".

"I need your help Nutaila am stuck in laboratory a beast is trying to eat me" Nutaila was shocked.

"What are you talking about?" The beast broke the door and roared Carmen hanged up the phone Nutaila heard that she got up and hurried rushed outside going after her. Jack saw her from the window he followed her. That beast managed to see Carmen, she ran out of options that beast was going to her Nutaila showed up and she had a stake she wanted to stab it from the back but that beast hold her and threw her away outside Jack showed up and hit it with a chair on a head. That beast fell down.

"Come on run now" Jack helped her they were running all free of them when they passed by tha base ball ground that beast showed up again.

"Oh My God what is that?" Nutaila turned into a vampire.

"Go I will cover you" That beast smiled.

"Wow You see I happened to realise only one man smiles like that Mr Leonardo" That Beast turned into a human it was really Leonardo Carmen was shocked.

"Too bad you have to die, no one should be able to see our faces, there is only one way for you to get out with, death"

"No one is dying today" Kate showed up with Harleen they all turned into vampires. They started fighting Him. But they weren't strong enough That beast managed to hit all of them it slowly walked towards Carmen, she wanted to run but that beast showed up in front of her. It held her up and bite her on the neck it fed on her blood and then it threw away her body. Carmen lost consuousness.
