The Flowers In The Garden

The phone call Remy received made them rushed to the hospital. It was from Marissa informing them that Blake had woken up.

"How do you feel?" Remy asked while holding Ruby's hand walking closer to the bed. He pulled a chair and let Ruby sit comfortably.

"Feel? Looking at me, how do you think I feel?" Blake answered weakly with a smile on his face.

"Hearing your answer, I guess tomorrow you may be able to run a lap at the garden behind our villa." Remy chuckled. Glad knowing Blake was already awake and he could see he was better.

"How about the man?" Blake suddenly asked.

Remy looked briefly at Marissa, "They are still investigating as the man who attacked you is not cooperating."

Blake tried to get up but Marissa immediately stopped him, "No, just stay lay down."

"I am okay. Don't worry…" Blake said while holding Marissa's hand for support.

Marissa just gave him a glare, and didn't agree when he insisted on sitting down.
