You Idiot!

Rose patted his shoulder with sympathy. "It is all based on luck. Maybe I am just too lucky."

Nathen sighed and nodded. "Yes, luck is a simp I see. Anyway, let us go scout the area first."

He then quickly ran away.

Rose didn't get it first, and when she got it, he was already gone. She ran at him and screamed. "Nathen, Wait! You idiot!"

Running for five minutes straight, she finally arrived before Nathen.

Nathen quickly put his finger on his lips and told her to be quiet. She closed her mouth and saw right ahead of them were four goblin huts.

Three goblin huts were forming a triangle, with the bigger goblin hut as the center. There were many goblin soldiers patrolling the area.

However, Nathen and Rose were hiding in a safe and far place away from them.

Nathen was about to say his plans when suddenly Rose asked."Where did you get this black cloak?'

She was indicating the Dark Magician's Cloak that Nathen had put on earlier, just before she arrived.

Nathen answered with a straight, serious face. "This is my family heirloom. I can't say anything about this."

Rose squinted her eyes and glared at Nathen."Really?"

Nathen nodded his head with clear affirmation. He then said."Captain, we should think of clearing this dungeon first, then we can talk about anything."

"Okay," Rose agreed with him as it was not time for chit-chatting, she asked."You arrived here before me, what did you see?"

He answered. "There are two more goblin generals inside those goblin huts. We took out another goblin general ourselves. So, it amounts to the same as the huts that are acting as walls for that big hut in the middle."

"If we want to take the boss out, then we have to clear the other two goblin generals first."

Rose rubbed her chin, then thought of a plan. But first, she asked. "Can you call your weapon back if it is far away from you?"

Nathen was stumped by that question and also became curious. He tested it out after getting far away from the goblin huts and found his answer.

Rose had a smirk grow on her face. She then slowly explained her plan to Nathen.

Nathen blinked his eyes and said."That is so simple plan. But…I like it."

A lonely goblin general was dozing off as it checked its surroundings when all of a sudden something shone from the bush.

A black needle impaled the goblin in its head and killed it instantly.

It wasn't able to scream as Nathen quickly went for his next target.

Their first phase of the plan was to kill the remote goblins that were alone or were just two. The fewer the goblins were the greater their success rate would be.

However, Nathen was only able to take down five as the rest were closer to the huts.

He climbed up a tree and squeezed his needle.

First, there was no sound, but in the next second, a long scream came.

"ARGHH!" The goblin general burst out of its hut and revealed itself.

Nathen was about to call his needle back, but what he saw left him dumbfounded.

He saw his needle dangling behind the goblin general's butt, and blood was dripping down from the needle.

He didn't call his needle in disgust and decided to run away without calling it back.

The goblin general followed behind him in rage and forgot about pulling the needle out. The goblin soldiers under it followed behind it.

Hearing the goblin general's made everyone in the huts alarmed, even the boss too.

On the other hand, Rose, who was waiting far away, heard the scream and knew her moment was arriving.

She started preparing her new spell. But in the middle of it, she saw Nathen running toward her with a depressed face. She got confused, as he had to be serious in this situation.

Behind him were the goblin general and his minions. She saw a dangling needle behind the goblin general's butt, which made her panic instead of laughing at it. Because he had to stop the goblin general at a certain place, and to do that, he needed his needle.

She shouted at him. "You idiot! Call your needle back!"

Nathen shook his head, closing his eyes, as he couldn't accept that. "No, I can't. It has been defiled."

"If you don't use that, how can we stop that? And if you don't stop it, I won't be able to kill it," Rose yelled out loud. She couldn't imagine this kind of thing happening at such a serious moment.

Nathen knew he had to toss his disgust away. He gritted his teeth and called his needle back.

The needle flew out of the goblin general's butt and landed on Nathen's hand. He turned back and ran toward the goblin with heavy frustration. "I won't forgive you!"

He dodged the goblin general's attack in the nick of time and slid past its feet. He sliced the veins of its feet when he did so.

It made the goblin general fall to the ground. The surrounding goblin soldiers circled him, but he leaped up and used their heads as stepping stones to run away.

However, he had left his needle behind.

As soon as he left, a giant circle appeared under the goblin general, taking in the goblin soldiers too.

Rose pointed her staff up and said."Fire Blitz."
