"Why?" Rose stared straight into Raider's eyes. "Why would father decide that so early? I have still yet to graduate."

"Don't say that to him. You know it is quite common for girls to get married while studying to carry the burden of their tuition fee." Raider quickly warned her.

"But I am not that type of girl." Rose pleaded desperately to Raider.

Raider finally sighed and said."But the situation is the same. He wants you to get married because doing that would make people stop going after you and you don't have to do dangerous stuff like this ever again."

"And you agreed with him without even talking a little about me." Rose had her head down as she was boiling in anger.

"Of course, I would." Raider didn't deny that, then he suddenly said."However, he had to prove worthy of you by fighting me."

Instantly, Rose's face glowed. "Really?"

"Yes, he had to prove to me that he is strong enough." Raider nodded his head.

"Hehe, you have finally done something great. There is no one on this planet that can defeat you." Rose rose up and was about to hug Raider, but stopped halfway. She went back to her seat and gave a fake cough. "But I still hate you."

"Okay if you say so." Raider shrugged his shoulders, but inwardly he was a little happy. 'Finally, her hatred for me is decreasing a little.'

Then suddenly Raider remembered something."Oh, by the way. That boy named Nathen, how did he do in the mutated dungeon? You never could have contributed for that, even half of it."

Rose turned her head away and pouted."Why would I tell you?"

"So, that his chance of joining your company increases." Raider calmly said.

The moment Raider said that, Rose started to explain everything that happened.

Raider had black lines on his face after seeing her switch like that, he didn't expect that would actually work. 'Who is this boy?'

He got his answer for that, shortly after Rose explained it to him.

After the end of the explanation, Raider came out with more questions than answers.

'What is that ability of his to summon a weapon? But if this is his ability, then why does he have that energy that eats up his enemies? Why is he so skilled in combat?Also, why was he able to cultivate all of a sudden?'

A pile of questions keep appearing in Raider's head. He felt that Nathen was lying about many of his secrets. He didn't care about someone's secret, he was just cautious of a liar who was not telling the truth to his sister. 'This guy might hurt my sister, but…'

Raider looked up and saw a happy smile on Rose's face. '...First, I will keep an eye on him for some time.'

While they were discussing about Nathen, Nathen himself was singing in his bathtub.

After taking a shower, he sat on his new sofa and checked his system.

"System, give me my rewards now." Nathen said it eagerly.

"What kind of success did I get?" Nathen got confused.

He was skeptical because from what he had read on the internet and what Rose told him, it looked like people would awaken their abilities first and then start cultivating.

Nathen didn't feel proud; instead, he was worried. 'Then that means most of the strong guys have a special ability that might be hard to defend against.'

Then the system again appeared.

[ Now, that you have awakened your ability, the astral energy won't be sucked away by your soul anymore. You will advance in leaps and bounds now. Also, you would do that because of your technique. ]
