Second Time-Skip: A Year Later.

A year had passed since the inconclusive end of the GGSO main event. Seven months ago, Lucius graduated from the United States Guardian Academy as a C-rated Guardian and the most decorated student in the academy's history.

The world was wondering what kind of Guardian Lucius would become after his graduation. Many speculated Lucius would play it safe and enjoy his time in New York, where he would be trained to become the next big thing in the country.

They believed America would not dare send out their Special Authority potential guardian outside the country from service and would opt to keep him close, but they were wrong.

Days after his graduation, Lucius was deployed to Congo, which was one of the most chaotic countries in Africa since the death of Eze Mmuo.

Following the death of Eze Mmuo, a lot of freedom fighter groups have emerged, fighting for territories. Many African countries experienced coups, dethroning a lot of civilian governments.
