Despite having the conference just two nights ago, the meeting went on well.
The alphas agreed on what they needed to do along with their expectations from the royals. Of course, they submitted their requests respectfully because even though Carl was the beta, he had the same power as the alpha king.
He could dissolve a pack even in Angelo's absence and no one would question that. He hadn't realized just how much power he had as the betaking, but after that meeting, he knew what was expected of him.
He had had different expectations when he, Mikhail, and Darius had begun the meeting. He thought the alphas could try to challenge him, but everyone seemed to remember the natural order and its importance, especially now that the Luna and mad king were not so indisposed.
