ABO Rules

These are my custom ABO rules, inspired by the standard ABO system but modified for my own narrative! We will adhere to these rules є(・Θ・。)э

...

▣ Alphas (α)

Dominant alphas are at the top of the ABO hierarchy and are typically the most aggressive and territorial. They have strong pheromones that can attract and control omegas.

Submissive alphas are still alphas but are lower in the social hierarchy than dominant alphas. They may yield to dominant alphas, but they can still try to dominate weaker alphas or omegas with their pheromones.

Submissive alphas can only get pregnant by rut. Ruts are intense periods of heat that occur every few months. During a rut, a submissive alpha is vulnerable and will produce the same scent as an omega.

▣ Betas (β)

Betas are the most common type of ABO.

Male betas cannot get pregnant, only females.

Betas cannot smell pheromones, but they can feel the weight of them. This means that they can sense when an alpha or omega is in heat, but they cannot smell the specific pheromones that are being released.

▣ Omegas (ω)

Omegas can get pregnant and have heat cycles. Heat cycles are periods when an omega is most fertile. During a heat cycle, an omega will produce pheromones that attract and arouse alphas.

Dominant omegas are more assertive and confident than submissive omegas. They are also better at controlling themselves during heat cycles.

Submissive omegas are more gentle and submissive than dominant omegas. They may have difficulty controlling themselves during heat cycles.

Additional Rules

A mating bond binds alphas and omegas. Mating bonds are typically for life. It is a powerful connection that forms between an alpha and an omega. Alphas can also be bonded to another alpha.

Omegas can go into heat if they are not marked by an alpha. Heat cycles can be very painful and disruptive.

Alphas can help their mates through heat cycles by knotting with them.
