The various world leaders ears all perked up like wolves.

"I know what you're all thinking. Hell, I won't tell any of you a lie and pretend I didn't think the same. To capture him and interrogate him for his secrets.

I have a feeling he wanted us to see the video of him. So, that wecould know how powerful he is. That's only a speculation of mine. We have never spotted any of his movements unless he allowed it. Even now we have video of him arriving to central Florida from Japan. He had 26 people with when he returned. When he left he only had 2 other people with him. He now has a team of system users.

He had taken only four people when he arrived at the airport via chopper. Apparently he knows how to fly choppers also. Go figure."

A few of the leaders chuckled. Everything they were hearing was much too stressful and they needed some type of relief.

"We were able to track him once he got into the air but lost him in the cloud cover."

"I say all of this. If a human can get this strong this fast. Can the monsters? What happens when the monsters begin to use magic to destroy? Wherever they are located we all would need to make an effort to defend those locations. Now, I had asked earlier are all of the known dungeon in each country contain. Is the answer the same?

The other world leaders hesitated only for a second before looking worriedly and the video of the warehouse replay on a loop and responding.

Many of the larger countries had contained their dungeons. The smaller countries on the other didn't have the resources to search them out or various other reason. Let alone send a squad of fighter to battle them.

The president continued to wisely take advantage of the confusion.

"We need to assemble as many of the strongest System users possible. They will serve under the world protection force or the WPF.

All new system users will register and begin trainings immediately. Existing System users will be drafted by their country and they will serve in a neutral location. We have two weeks to get a teams prepared and deployed. I will let our country representatives hash out the details.

We also to locate Qwen and his team. They must be the forfront of this draft or we will have chaos. It's too many unknowns with these dungeons for anything to be certain with them. The only thing we do know for certain is dungeon monster are they key. They are resources, valuable items they drop and keys to gain stat points for power. They are also the worlds greatest threat. We can send the world a video on us agreeing on the terms of the System users draft."

President Thompson knows he had them where he wanted them. He used Qwens to get the rest of the world leaders to his side. He also used his show of strength to say. 'The strongest user on the planet is an American.' It wasn't fair to do to Qwen but desperate times calls for desperate measures.

Slowly one by one each of world leaders had raised a hand in support of the WPF.

All of the world leaders signed the first internationally legally binding constitutional bill name the 'World Protection Force' Act.

In the coming days, the news outlets around the worlds of the historic. The backlash to the announcement was much lower than what many had expected.

The woulds citizens felt like they had been sitting on eggshells with any direction from their government. The people saw the countdown to the dungeon break every day and panic had long spread in households.

Gun and ammunition sales around the world had skyrocketed. If it werent for the system shop, famine would have long spread.

People were focused on trying to keep their families safe or locate dungeons to get stronger and to gain loot. There over 100 million system users by this time. Governments tried their best to regulate people integrating with the system. It was already becoming too late.

People of all ages had integrated with the system due to the CG Helms and the continuous blackouts. The blackout were a necessity because they prevented innocent people from dying. The governments had already had military personnel clearing blackouts to protect citizens before any world bill was drawn up. Now it's done in an offical capacity.

Only people over 18 were allow to join or be drafted. Children would need adult approval to join. This didn't apply to orphans. All children had to be at least 15 to join the military. Children under 15 still attended schools turned into military acadamies almost instantly.

They begin to teach information from the system. Battle techniques. Sense mana. Harnessing mana in the world around them to slowly grow the mana pool. Combat training. Ranged weapons and spell training. Solo battle tactics. Group battle tactics. Aerial training and combat.

Profession trading was almost more valued. The effect of potions had turned the world on its head. Potions were being created to cure many illness. Wounds could be completely recovered in days. Sickness was becoming more and more rare among the system users and people that could afford potions.

The world government currently still operated and drafted from their own countries. Mainly due to not being able to decide on a neutral country.

All of the worlds governments knew that whichever country housed the system users base, would be the strongest and most protected over night.

Dispite the world leaders cooperating to protect their own necks. Trust was still a long way off.

With 12 days before the dungeon break. The worlds military stated that they would provide each person starting armor and weapons and a few items depending on their starting attributes upon joining.

Many of the more lazy and fearful System users had taken up the offer due to not fighting since gaining the system. They only used the system for for various useless reasons or not at all.

The lines in the towns and cities began to become so large that the government was forced opened up centers fo people to drive or be bused to.

From there they will begin training. Essentially a weaker group would accompany a stronger group into a dungeon if it was already conquered. The non conquered dungeons were given to the more experienced dungeon divers.

Although things were going well for the world treaty. There were still those that cause trouble.

Massive protest over system users being dangers to the 'normal' citizen. There those who figure the countdown was a hoax and just a way for the governments to seize power. There were those in the underworld who completely ignored what was happening only looking for ways to profit from the chaos.

Religions zealots around the world rebuked all thing dealing with the system. They claimed it didnt come from their gods or that it was from demonic origin. Therefore by right completely evil. Many weaker Systems in third world countries were tortured and killed before they could do missions and get stronger.

The police forces around the world were able to focus strictly on the threats the to system users and qweledl many of the uprisings. Of course, it's hard to completely wipe out people like this easily.

The dungeons became a massive hunt. Over 15 more dungeons were discovered. System users were paid by the WPF to locate and destroy the dungeons. Thousands lost their lives entering into unknown dungeons.

All but three have been conquered.

One of them was maze in Russia with only a boss minotaur monster. Only so far no one has been able to kille the powerful monster.

Another is a crypt, that's filled with thousands of skeletons. The seemed to be controlled by something. The last is in Europe. It was a vampire lair. It hadn't been taken because well vampires were f***ing vampires! The sucking of blood, the super speed and strength, insane skills and of course regeneration. The can only be killed by having their hearts destroyed making them powerful tanks.

The teams in that went into these dungeons never returned. Luckily, somehow video cameras work inside of the the dungeons and they assist with mapping the locations out future divers.

There was obviously a massive time distortion in dungeons. The dungeon divers would be inside of dungeons for days or a week or two. Shockingly, only hours would pass outside of the dungeons when the divers exited.

As another week had passed day the world seemed to be changing almost over night. Every country had mad its preparations. Based around the world housed tens of thousands of fighters that were ready to fight around the world.

With only a few days left the efforts to double down and conquered the unclaimed dungeons increased. With so much uncertainty the powers in charge felt like they were running out of time.

Families double checked evacuations routes for the next week all civilians living in rural areas were evacuated to the outskirts of the cities nearby. Countless buses and helicopters were rented and deployed to transport people to safe zones outside of the cities.

As the days ticked by, there was less and less fuss over evacuations. Whole towns and cities turned into empty graveyards overnight.

With three days left the three dungeons still hadn't been conquered and the public became restless. The news projected all kinds of wild theories projected by social media and self proclaimed experts about what will happen during a dungeon break. No matter who they were there was only one question on everyones mind.
