Chapter 39

Sofia pulled herself towards the car window. The passing cars blocked Sofia's view as she saw Sam's car speeding in front of the taxi that took her.

"Come on, sir! Even faster!" Sofia shouted after him.

"Yes, Miss, this is also fast. But the snacks are indeed jammed," said the man sitting in the driver's seat.

Sofia looks annoyed. Anxiety painted on the woman's face.

The blue car continued to follow Sam's car until it stopped at an entertainment venue. This made Sofia even more infuriated knowing Sam's goal.

"Sir stop, sir!" Sofia shouted after him. He saw Sam had gotten out of the car and into a nightclub.

Sofia immediately paid the taxi fare and rushed downstairs. The woman wearing a red dress walked quickly to the club where Sam was.

"Good morning!"

Sofia's steps stopped in front of the club's door, when a club worker stopped her steps. Because the Club is not open yet.
