Chapter 728: Trapped
When Tara was called to the Lee mansion, she automatically assumed that she was getting her original post back, but when they asked her to care for Mina's niece, she believed, although she had not spoken to the woman in a long time, that she was being tapped for the position of resident nanny. She was originally excited, but when a screaming child was brought to her, she suddenly realized that she was not there for a promotion; she was being made an accessory to kidnap.
Mina barging past her only confirmed what Tara already suspected, and when the woman drew a weapon on President Lee, she could not fault her at all. Before Tara left the Lee mansion, Mina was a prisoner. She was thin, depressed, and overall pitiful to look at. Now, however, her full beauty could be seen; whatever happened to the woman in the time they were apart seemed to have made her stronger. She no longer melted with the thought of people she cared about possibly being in a dangerous situation.
