"don't make a mistake of defying me,"then she in turn stood up from her seat and head straight to where Annabel stood " I might do something you would regret,so peice of advice my baby,stay away from that boy ok" she patted her back and left after that.meanwhile Manuel came back from the kitchen to withnessed a broken Annabel squatting on the the floor, silent tears and cries flowing from her eyes without making a sound,the sight before him woke up something in him and without a second thought he went to her and hug her from behind while Anna took refuge in his arm and let all her feelings out, between the two of them he could say that that leo was better by her side compare to Diego but he couldn't admit it course he didn't like any of them for his sister,but then again that leo was a mysterious guy to begin with,he must watch out for what lies ahead ' was his thoughts while patting her back. "manuel,why does she hate him,he is the one whom I want to be with, why??"she said amidst her son's.

"is ok,mother could have her reasons for hating him but know she had always fancy your happiness,she wants the best for you ok, try to reason with her again maybe she will come to see what you see in him,she look up at him and he in turn wipe off the tears in her eyes that threatened to fall "you think so?" she asked and saw him nod as a reply "do you remember what happened when Diego came into the picture?" he asked.

and saw her look down while playing with her fingers"well I don't know if it will be that easy" she said bitting her bottom lip slightly. " is going to be ok,don't fret about it ok"he said and stood up assisting her to stand on her feet.

meanwhile, leonardo after several attempt to call her but failed due to network disability in the riverine part where they are.he took his towel from his bed and went to his bathroom to take a shower.

when he came out of the bathroom,he dropped the towel on the couch and jumped on the bed,it had been several hours already since he was trying to reach her but failed due to poor network realising this a heavy sigh left his lips.he checked his phone if you there was any missed call from her for the past two days but there was none.he stood up and left while going out he heard a beap from his bed,it was his phone ' it could be a message from her,he hurried back to the bed but hit a few things on the floor that stood as a barrier making him wince due to the pain. when he got his phone,he checked the message on it and do find the name of the sender not being Annabel and he grab his coat and left the room.

he left to meet up with Annabel to tell her about his journey, unbeknownst to him is that he was going to get the shock of his life and hence decide to leave afterwards broken hearted.

he walked towards the main road few miles away from his house when he was suddenly attacked by street boys who took away his wrist watch,money and phone from him after getting beaten by them,he continued not minding my he pain,he was strangely having a heartache, feeling worse why getting closer to her house but why though?' he thought.

just few meters away from where he was he saw two persons having a wonderful time of their lives, kissing passionately while he kept his pace up walking to her doorstep,he was badly beaten by those boys,he finally made his way to her backyard where her window to her room was but suddenly halted upon seeing two familiar figures at the garden house near her house and the couple seems like they just had a romantic dinner at the garden house where they stood kissing and touching passionately he stood there Frozen you I upon recognizing who they are, ' they were no other than Diego and Annabel' kissing and undressing each other,Diego on the other hand was quick to notice a figured not far from them from the conner of his eyes ' leonardo Ray ' the thought brought a smile on his lips as he grope her ass harder which brought delight to Annabelle's body.

after watching them for some time he turn back with a broken soul and a wonded heart and walk away.
