Chapter -9

Luna " Nate what are you doing?"

Nate is in his wolf form and started to sniff luna's neck.

Luna " Nate stop it tickling " without even a minute she started to laugh out loud.

But Nate continued to sniff soon she felt the hot breath on his neck when she looked at his deep blue eyes which is already looking at her. Suddenly she felt a chill down her spine when her breath started to get hotter.

Both were making eye contact for more than a minute, but they were interpreted by a noise coming from out of their house.

Luna and Nate rushed to look at what is happening out there. When they reached the whole pack was there but Luna can't understand what is happening there so she stood in silence.

After a while, Nate went in a particular direction followed by other wolves, except for two who were standing near Luna a guard.

After a particular distance, Nate stopped his steps and look back at everyone.

Nate " I know everyone has a difficulty in accepting me as Alpha even though I'm not adjusted to being an Alpha, but for now, I would pass the law of forbidding human mates even if I have a human mate it would be inappropriate if the law is still in action"

Everyone howled louder to express their happiness.

Luna who doesn't know what is happening got tensed when she heard the howl.

Nate again continued " I'll learn everything about the responsibility of the Alpha and I'll guide you guys I hope I can take my time "

Everyone nodded and went back some went to their hiding some went hunting and so on.

Nate returned to Luna in a split moment Luna remembered about the person Zack.

Luna " Nate where is Zack," she asked in a panic

Her mind was like no one should have harmed him because he is a human.

Nate growled in response which Luna don't even understand a bit.

Luna " Huh I don't even understand what you are trying to say just nevermind I'll go and search for him "

Nate again growled " What does she think of doing first I have to mark her then she'll understand what I'm telling "

Luna started walking, Nate sighed in frustration he just wants his mate to understand him but sadly he can't.

Luna shouted Zack's name to get any response followed by Nate.

After a few minutes, Zack replied from distance " I'm here "

They both spotted each other and Zack rushed to where Luna was standing.

Nate just looked at each other with his jealous eyes he wants to rip Zack off into pieces.

Zack " Hey man, looks like your truth is revealed"

Nate just growled while Luna started to bombard him with questions.

Luna " That means you know Nate is a werewolf and he had stayed with us like a week in his wolf form"

Zack "Of course, I know about that"

Luna " And you haven't told me about that"

Zack " I told you just think when you met Nate for the first time in his human form I told you right he is your wolfy but you are just dump to understand that "

Luna " What I'm a dump" She raised her eyebrows and gave him a death glare

Zack " Yes you dummy" he started to run while laughing.

Nate just stand there looking at each other and he felt like he is invisible to them.

He felt extremely sad as for werewolves their mate will their everything they will be their priority so they expect the same amount of love and attention

from them. When he looks at his mate she is just having fun with another man in front of him.

Just at the time, he felt like someone is watching them so he looked around and some of the bushes were moving unusually when he focused on one he saw a silhouette of a man.

He started being cautious and started to howl louder, alloting his pack members, some understand the sign of their new Alpha gathered their family members and locked in their private palaces.

While just simply ignoring it and continuing what they were doing.

Luna " Nate what happened why are you howling like this," she asked in pure concern.

Nate somehow managed to signal her to just follow him.

Luna and Zack followed him after a particular region and looked back to see whether there were some people around.

But he found no one, then he got an idea he just used his paws to draw something on the sand area near them to indicate Luna to go back to Nate's house.

Luna understands something is wrong but she also knows that now she can't communicate with him so she just followed his words and left from there after biding Zack a quick bye.

Nate turned to look back at Zack who was just smirking at him. Nate signals to Zack also to move from there, but he doesn't bulge a bit.

Nate again felt something is moving so searched around the places but he couldn't find any clue.

Zack " What he is searching, maybe he saw that men who boss send were hiding behind the bush," he thought in his mind.

While Zack was in his world he just heard the howl of two when he looks what is happening there, he just saw another little brown wolf standing next to the Nate.

Zack " Who is he when he came here" he mumbled to himself.

The wolf is none other than Aariv, Nate called his dear friend for help through Mindlink.

Zack sighed internally within seconds he just got panicked about whether his cover will be blown.

After looking around a little they decided to meet the elders as Nate has now begun his position as Alpha he has more to learn about his responsibility.

On the way to the elder's place Nate met Erick, he was just ready to throw a punch in Nate's face.

Soon both started to fight with each other and after a while, they stopped when elders interpreted them.

Elders " Nate now you are an Alpha you shouldn't be doing like this"

Nate " But he is the one who started it "

Elders " Whatever may be the reason an alpha shouldn't hurt his pack members that will be one of his responsibilities"

Nate " What, but what if they tried to attack me "

Elders " If that's the case, then if alpha has a solid reason he can harm the pack members but the reason must be very strong for the person to deserve the punishment "

Nate " Ok what if I do everything in the opposite "

Elders " No one in the pack can defeat alpha so if any alpha wrongfully use their powers then moon goddess would punish them severely "

Nate " Can I know what the punishment is "
