Husband spying in his wife
Xiang Yu left the warehouse earlier than usual today, the sun was still high in the sky, casting a warm glow over the suburb.
His red car pulled up to the curb, and almost immediately, the girls who where waiting at pick up point noticed him. Lian and Mei, came running their faces lit up with excitement. They put their school bags at the trunk of the car and got in.
"Master, Master, look!" Mei shouted, waving a piece of paper in the air as she entered inside the car. "I got an E today in English!"
Xiang Yu turned his head slightly to take a look. His brow furrowing as he took the paper from Mei's hand. The glaring red 'E' stood out starkly against the white background. He couldn't quite tell if this was supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing.
Lian, ever the more straightforward of the two, clarified, "E is as good as a fail."
