Marvin was about to stand from his place and leave too, but he didn't expect Delilah to return and sit on the chair beside him where she was originally sitting earlier.
"What happened?" Marvin asked her, but she just shook her head.
"I am classless. I have nowhere to go," Delilah whispered with her lips puckered in a pout and her doe eyes looking at him innocently.
Marvin, who was already looking at her, felt mesmerized by the look in her eyes before he cleared his throat to snap out of the daze.
"Classless?" He asked.
"When you don't have a home to return to, you are homeless. When you don't have a class to go to, you are classless," Delilah explained to him with the uttermost serious expression.
Marvin looked at her as if she was joking, but when she didn't say anything else, a chuckle left his mouth.
"Ssshhh, it's a Library," The person in charge said to them.
Delilah smiled at him, making him grin back.
