Chapter 35 - Lava dungeon ( Part 1 )

{MC POV}

I and other students entered the Adventurer guild. Headmaster Selene also followed us. When we entered, The guild suddenly became quiet.

At first I didn't understand why, But I listened to some adventurer conversations then I understood that since all of us are Prince and Princess of our kingdoms, and we all have high charm, noble aura. All girls are super beautiful. That's why the guild turned silent.

Anyway we ignored and moved towards the counter.

I saw Mia so I started walking towards her, the other students also followed me. Headmaster stayed on the sides.

"Hello Mia, how are you?" I asked in a gentle voice.

At first Mia was startled someone talking to her. Then when she saw my face. She kept staring. But after some seconds she regained her composure and seeing my eyes see remembered me and said

"Ray I knew you were handsome. But I never knew you had this deadly charm. I am surprised you are not wearing your mask today" said Mia with a smile.

"I mean yeah to be honest, I never had any need to hide my face. I just didn't want to attract any attention, but now it doesn't matter anymore." I said

"Oh and you bring a lot of girls with you as well hmm..." Said Mia trying to tease me.

"Oh don't worry Mia, in my heart you are the only girl I love" I said

Hearing my words she blushed.

Seeing her like that I started laughing.

She pouted and said "You meanie"

Then we both started laughing.

"I never knew Ray could also act like that.

I thought he was cold guy and also serious." said Leo in surprised tone. All girls also nodded except Elora

"Well I told you right, he is a gentle person" said Elora.

"Well then Ray are you here to enter Rank 7 dungeon" asked Mia.

Hearing her words all students and even adventurers were looking at Mia with shocked looks. Because Rank 8 and higher people are extremely rare in this world. Most of the strongest adventurers are Rank 7 or Rank 8.

So nearby adventurers didn't expect that among these young kids there were some strong adventurers.

"Ray you are Rank 7 adventure? But How?

You are only Rank 5 right now." asked Leo

"Yes! Ray is a Rank 5 cultivator, but his strength is enough to rival Rank 6. So he cleared Rank 6 dungeon of Green difficulty and was able to become Rank 7 adventurer, and then he got permission to enter Rank 7 dungeon." explained Mia.

"Yes brother the dungeon in which Ray saved me was a Rank 6 dungeon" Said Elora

"Whaaatt! Elora you were only Rank 5 then why you entered a Rank 6 dungeon."said Leo

"I am sorry brother "said Elora in meek tone and lowered her head.

"At least Ray was there last time to save you otherwise you would have died.

Then surely you will revive. But sometimes in the dungeons, Some of the soul energy is lost and after reincarnating we becomes weak for few months....

You know that was very dangerous." Said Leo.

"Alright stop Leo. She understands it was her fault" said Luna. Trying to calm down the situation.

"No Mia, We will visit Lava dungeon. It's not a normal dungeon but a treasure or inheritance dungeon" said Ray

"You will need to show me the document or permission letter" said Mia.

Ray turned back and looked towards Headmaster.

She nodded and gave him the document. After checking all details. Mia said

"Ok I have checked everything. You can reach the location of dungeon by entering through the teleport portal, but that portal is in second floor. You will have to show guards your permission letter again"

I nodded, and then we started going up through the stairs and at the entrance of gates there were 2 guards who were both Rank 8. I passed them the permission letter then they allowed us to go inside.

Inside there were 5 portals and there was a Red portal on the left.

It was the portal for Lava dungeon. We all looked towards each other than entered the dungeon.

{Lava Dungeon}

The Dungeon was huge as compared to normal dungeons. All walls and rooms were black, but magma rivers were flowing on the sides.

Heat inside the dungeon was extremely high and was making the trip uncomfortable.

Ray created an Ice Bubble surrounding everyone which reduced the heat otherwise everyone would be sweating buckets.

There were stairs leading them to the other floor. When they descended the stairs their party was buffeted by a searing gust of wind.

A second later, a massive gout of fire bore down on them. It shot toward them in a spiral, illuminating the corridor's black walls.

Since there were magma drops involved which stuck to the ice shield and started melting them so members of the party having Earth affinity cast ["Earth Wall"] spell.

When they looked inside in the room there was an Ox monster. Magma covered its entire body, and it was standing in a pool of the magma.

Its two curved horns were wickedly sharp, and each breath it exhaled was accompanied by a small gout of fire.

The Magma Ox kicked angrily at the ground, sending drops of magma flying. It prepared to charge, angry that its flames had been repelled.

When Ray was planning to attack the monster,

Elora snapped her fingers and cast a fire spell. Her Fire sphere sped toward the beast. Once it got close, it shot out the flames at the monster.

Those flames had been compressed by Elora fire sphere spell and they came out like a barrage of flaming lasers, with far more force than the Magma Ox charge.

Elora flame bombardment spoiled the Magma Ox's charge. There was a loud boom and the magma the cow was standing on was blown away by the force of Elora bombardment. The ox was blown away with the magma, and it flipped through the air a few times before crashing into the wall behind it. It screamed in pain, but quickly got back up and charged again. It wouldn't let these intruders live.

"Mrgh... I guess fire won't work on a fire monster." Said Elora

"Of course you stupid shit" said Leo.

Sometimes Leo wonders just how stupid his sister can be. She is a fuckin princess and here she is doing stuffs like these.

"I mean it's already surrounded in magma, so... yeah?" said Ray. Then Ray decided to finish this but was again stopped.

"Leave this to me, Ray" Said Luna. She used Tree element spell and created a huge wooden hammer. Wind element also helped her in lifting the hammer even if it was heavy. She leaped fearlessly at the charging ox, which had closed a good bit of the gap between them already.

Then, she spun around in the air, adding centrifugal force to her swing before coming down on the charging ox. Her aim was on point, and Wooden hammer slammed into the Magma Ox's skull. The Magma Ox's head went flying as if it had been blown off.

"Damn she looks like a gentle lady but when it comes to fighting she becomes a kind of lady who will want to kick everyone's ass." muttered Ray.

Luna used the force of her swing to flip over the headless beast, who was still carried forward by its own momentum, and landed safely on the ground.

"Wow. Luna that was amazing" said Kana.

Luna blushed and said "Ahh thanks".
