Chapter 26 - Meeting Arthur and Anthony

My cultivation speed slowed down a lot and I am not strong enough to clear Red Level Difficulty Rank 6 dungeon.

Also, I don't want to take any risks with Yellow level difficulty dungeon

So that's why today I decided to enter Green level difficulty Rank 6 Dungeon and let's see how it goes.

True I am Rank 5 in cultivation base but most of my skills and spells are strong enough to completely destroy a Rank 6 enemy.

I entered the guild and made my way towards Mia.

I was not using any Disguise spell.

Furthermore, I was wearing Badass Assassin type clothes and was wearing Cool Mask which was doing good job in hiding my face completely.

Mia was attending Rank 3 adventurer.

Seeing me walking towards her, she immediately recognized me and asked her other girl to take care of Rank 3 adventurer and came to greet me

"Good morning sir Ray. It's been a long time, since the last time you came to the guild." Said Mia in cheerful tone.

"Yeah Mia, I was busy cultivating and learning new techniques "I said in polite tone.

Usually I talk in cold and neutral tone, but Mia is a good person, she helped me, and she was also the one who registered me as an adventurer, so she knows that my cold tone is just a facade that's why I don't bother hiding my real emotions and personality with her, and she also appreciates it that's why she is the one who always attends me in the guild.

Seeing Mia and Masked man talking happily the Ranked 3 adventurer whose name was Anthony got pissed off.

" Hey You! I want to challenge you to a duel "said Anthony.

Thinking that if he defeats Masked Man then Mia will be impressed with him.

Of course he did not notice that Mia was now giving him a disgusted look.

But The masked man didn't even bother looking towards Anthony and simply ignored him.

Seeing this Anthony got more pissed off.

He is the son of 'Human God' and everyone treats him with Respect.

But this guy in front of him didn't even give him a glance.

Then a horrible killing intent and pressure descended on the guild.

The Masked Man finally looked towards Anthony but this time instead of gentle eyes which the masked man was showing to Mia. The eyes were now Devoid of any emotions.

Seeing those eyes Anthony felt a chill around his spine and he wanted to Apologize and then later go home and ask his Dad to take revenge. Because Anthony strength is insufficient to defeat Mask man.

But unfortunately for him before he could even ask for forgiveness, Anthony's head was separated from his body.

"Thud...."

... Silence.....

There was a complete silence in the guild.

No one dared to move and were looking towards the masked man with terrified looks.

While the masked man, that is our main character. He suppressed his Pressure and Killing intent. After that he simply ignored everyone and looked towards Mia.

{MC POV}

I thought that Mia will also be scared of me but on the contrary she was looking at me with a smile. Seeing her looking at me like that

I was surprised.

Even though I didn't speak a word.

Seeing my widen eyes Mia understood that I am surprised.

"What? You thought I will also be scared of you?" she said.

I nodded my head. Then she replied1

"Ray I have attended you for years, so I know your Real personality.

When you entered the guild for the first time,

I knew you we're going naive kid but then you created a Poker face and also started

Now you don't care about anyone but I know that you are still a gentle person on the inside.

And as long as someone doesn't trouble you and especially your family, you will not do anything bad." Said Mia with a sweet smile.

Listening to her

Ray also formed a small gentle smile.

Though Mia couldn't see because of the mask, but she could at least understand that Ray was happy with her words because she noticed his eyes soften for a second.

"Anyway Ray make sure to stay on alert.

ask Anthony is the son of Human God" said Mia, but she was not worried because over the years she learned that Ray's identity is not so simple. And he has powerful person behind him.

Since she is from Forest of Elves, so she doesn't know that Ashborn surname belongs to Vampire Goddess.

"Yes, thanks Mia, and please tell me all the information related to Rank 6 green level difficulty Nightmare dungeon" asked Ray.

"Ray are you sure you want to enter Rank 6 dungeon already? Well the strongest monster in that dungeon is Spectre.

All are Initial Rank 6 monsters.

Attacks of only Rank 6 or higher can deal damage to them.

These spectres are troublesome. They are good at hiding their presence because of their mastery of dark element.

And since this is Green level Difficulty dungeon, so Boss will not be Peak Rank 6 Specter Lord. But will be a Middle Rank 6 Dark Spectre" explained Mia.

"Thanks Mia, see you later" I said.

Then I made my way towards the dungeon.

{Location= Rank 6 Nightmare Dungeon, Green Level difficulty}

I was teleported to the entrance of the dungeon. I showed my adventurer card to the Guild staff who after checking allowed me to enter the dungeon.

But before I could enter, I noticed the Space fluctuate around me and then a man came in front of me.

He was holding Anthony by the neck who was recently revived.

As soon as Anthony saw me, He said to the man

"Dad he is the one, kill this bastard".

"My name is Arthur and Kid you took fight with the wrong people. You should know your place before taking any action" said Human God Arthur.

"Are you sure about this? Are you sure you want to play like this?

Because of your trash son you might end up destroying your kingdom you know. " Said Ray calmly.

" Do you think any random person can destroy my kingdom, Tell me the name of the person I will take care of him alongside you as well" said Arthur with disdain and arrogance in his voice. He also had a smirk on his face.

"Oh really! You sure grew some balls over the years Arthur. Threatening me and my son Huh" Said Rose after she materialized behind Ray.

As soon as Arthur saw her. His smirk disappeared. He became horrified. Then Arthur immediately turned his face towards Anthony and slapped him squarely on his face.

Anthony was sent flying, and he was bleeding from his nose and mouth.

Anthony got up from the ground and looked towards his father with a look that said 'Why are you hitting me?'

"You Bastard of a Son. Someday you will end up killing me" said Arthur.

Then he looked towards Rose and said in a humble tone

"Ah! No Vampire Goddess it was just a misunderstanding on my son's part.

And your Son is also talented and strong,

He taught my Son Anthony a lesson by killing him. So thank you "Listening to the words of his father Anthony was dumbfounded. In fact even Ray and Rose were dumbfounded.

How can a man be so shameless and thank the other party for killing his own son.

Both Ray and Rose had an amused look on their face during this whole ordeal.

Seeing Anthony's dumbfounded look. Arthur slapped him again and then picked him up and immediately teleported from there after Bowing towards Rose.

Though in his mind Arthur was thinking

("You have humiliated me once again Vampire Goddess. I will pay you back in the future")
