Main Character (MC)

Name: Parker Black (17 years old)

Personality: A bitter, cynical genius with a knack for manipulation and cruelty to his enemies, and he retaliates when provoked. Although Parker Black is a bit evil and cruel, he doesn't bully the weak, and he's indifferent to everyone unless he's directly involved. He hides his pain and sharp tongue behind his unwavering focus on his own goals.

Although Parker Black knows his dreams and goals are nothing that can only happen in fantasy, he doesn't stop pushing forward.

Background: Abandoned mysteriously by his parents when he was four, Parker was left on the doorstep of his Aunt Helena's home. Not long after, his parents died in a car crash, and most of their reasons for leaving him behind were buried with them. But their abandoning him saved his life in the end although his life was nothing short of hell.

Aunt: Helena Blackwood

Personality: Cold, calculating, and status-obsessed, Helena sees Parker as a stain on her otherwise perfect life. She tolerates his presence only to maintain appearances and a promise to her now-dead sister, Parker's mother.

Dynamic with Parker: She openly resents him, constantly reminding him that he's an unwanted burden. She uses him as a scapegoat for family issues or as a servant when needed.

Uncle: Robert Blackwood

Personality: A domineering and indifferent man, Robert doesn't care for Parker. To him, Parker is just "the unwanted nephew." He rarely acknowledges Parker's existence unless he criticizes or compares him unfavorably to his children.

Cousins:

1. Julian Blackwood (21 years old)

Personality: Cruel, arrogant, spends much, envious, and narcissistic, Julian always enjoys bullying and making fun of Parker both physically and emotionally, mostly when Julian's friends come over to the house. He's his father's favorite and constantly flaunts it.

Dynamic with Parker: Julian ensures Parker knows his place, taking every opportunity to torment him.

2. Vivian Blackwood (19 years old)

Personality: Indifferent, aloof, and socially savvy, Vivian doesn't bully Parker but also doesn't care about him. She's intelligent and focused on her ambitions.

Dynamic with Parker: The only one who doesn't treat him badly, Vivian's indifference feels like a reprieve compared to the hostility of the rest of the family.

3. Annabelle Blackwood (17 years old)

Personality: A manipulative brat who mirrors her mother's cruelty. Annabelle frequently tattles on Parker, twisting the truth to make him look bad.

Impact on Parker

This environment fosters Parker's twisted worldview. He grows up seeing kindness as a weakness and believes power and manipulation are the only means to survive. The indifference from Vivian stands out as the only "neutral" connection he has, giving him a strange sense of respect for her. However, the cruelty of the rest of the family fuels his ambition to rise above them and make them regret every moment they treat him poorly.

Evelyn Harper: The girl who Parker Black had beaten when they were just four attends the same school. Evelyn doesn't hate Parker Black, and she often finds herself feeling sorry for his life.

Daisy Harper: Evelyn Harper's mother. She's a mature woman who's married and has a happy family. Daisy, even now, still doesn't like Parker Black for what he did to her daughter Evelyn.

Scarlett Draven: Parker Black's boss at the club. She's fifty rich, but with a secret, she's hiding from the whole world. Only Parker Black knows what led to their mistress-boy toy-like relationship.

Maya Winslow: Maya is the daughter of a powerful family; her family, although rich and powerful, is mysterious, and not many know more than necessary about the Winslow family.

Maya strangely is clingy to Parker, and she's been on him for two years now, although Parker Black always avoided her as he knew rich families, women, and young misses were trouble. Take Scarlett Draven, his boss, for example, and then his cousin Annabelle.
