While Theo and his party fought of droves of mutated animals in the base of Karazhan, in the court of Stormwind stood a charming lady with obsidian hair, she would talk with grace and with an enchanting voice.
"Your majesty, those stone mansons ask for too much... the kingdom has barely recovered yet they demand such high pay? Its too audacious of them... shouldn't they work for the good pf the kingdom and be happy they have a home, food and the army protecting them? You have already given them what many of our citizens do not have!"
The words she spoke sounded good in te court's ears, even if before they had misgivings about not answering to their demands, now they felt like those stone mansons were greedy and disrespectful.
Lady Prestor watch with glee as all those around heard her words as if they were the only truth in the world, as for the stone mansons? They also heard her sweet words about how they were deserving of more than simple food, clothes and shelter.
"Very well, we shall let them complain as they wish, as long as they don't stop working they can complain as they wish..." said a tired voice coming from the man on the throne.
Varian Wrynn always felt like he was not prepared to take over this monumental task of rebuilding his kingdom and leading his people... his father was once a steadfast and powerful man, people would surely not see him as good as they did his father.
He grimaced at again making such comparison and grew melancholic at the memories of his father being killed by the female orc assasin during the siege in the First War.
Atleast he had Tyffin... she was indeed who kept him grounded and able to move foward, she was just, determined and smart.
He remembered how they even were arranged to marry at birth, they at the begging would bicker and discuss with one another often, but with time she became his most dear friend and lover, his anger issues were easy to deal with at her side and her council was often just what was needed for the situation.
She was pregnant of a child at the moment and couldn't take part on the court meetings, but he would still talk with her before taking decisions.
Now that he taught of her he just wanted to be done with this meeting and stay at her side.
"My liege, what about the situation at Khazmodan? The alliance is requesting for us to send troops north to pin down the orc resistance." said the confident voice of Reginald Windsor, a veteran of the Second War and now marshal of Stormwind.
"Your majesty, we barely hold enough forces to protect the routes between cities, the gnolls grew in number since the First War and the trolls seem to grow restless as well! We cannot afford to send such troops..." Once again Lady Prestor convinced the court, but unbeknownst to her, not all were seduced by her words, especially the marshal.
Seeing the request to send troops to the Burning Steppes once again denied, Marshal Windsor decided to take matters into his own hands... he decided to call upon an old retired friend of his to investigate the current situation north.

The blond prince was currently finishing his learning duties of the customs and history of his people, he couldn't wait to go out and know more about the hero of the Alliance, Admiral Daelin Proudmoore, who was visiting today with his family.
Unlike his father who was shrewd politician and capable negotiator, Daelin was known for his military prowess and commanding ability, in his own view a warrior king with strength and power was much better than a boring and shrewd king like his father.
He was already thirteen years old, and would begin his martial lessons soon, something that excited him very much, he thought that maybe he could learn something from the strong admiral.
After ending his lesson he searched the castle looking for the Proudmoores, he would not lose this opportunity. He asked the servants and finally found that they had just went to their quarters after seeing the King.
He ran in the direction of the quarters but suddenly he ran into a girl, she like him was blonde, thinking that it was his sister that he ran into he looked at her just to notice that he didn't know her.
She looked to be carrying a piece of a shinny violet crystal, the direction she came from was the Royal Library, he wondered what this girl was doing here or why she didn't looked annoyed after almost being tackled my him.
She merely looked at him and apologized saying she was distracted and then went her way.
The prince only briefly though that she was different and then proceeded to dart in the direction of the Proudmoore quarters to talk with the Admiral, wanting to her tales and tips about being a great warrior.
