The damage had been done

Maxwell went to check for himself, "You guys are right, Maxwell's gone but I don't see anything there, no monster, nothing. Perhaps, it's gone. We should try leaving now."

"No, it could be a trap," said the supervisor. 

"Yes, she's right. It's a trap we shouldn't go," said the younger twin.

"I had enough of this place. I'm getting out of here, are you coming or staying?" asked Maxwell.

Everyone shook their heads it was just too easy an obvious trap to lure them out. 

"Fine, be that way," snapped Maxwell.

He started walking towards the door, his knife gleaming in hand as he dashed towards the exit.

Maxwell was fast but the ghoul was faster.

 Charm strained her eyes to see movement in the darkness; the ghoul was running like a blur towards Maxwell.

This was it, this was their only chance, sorry Maxwell.

"Girls, let's get out of here."

Surprisingly none of the girls complained or spoke out against Charm.
