When Ibuse was summoned, the subordinates of Karan's face became solemn because they knew for a fact that Ibuse is a creature capable of releasing poison, and that poison has a paralyzing effect.

However, they were also ninjas who had already planned for this situation. All five of them took out masks specially designed to protect them from any poisonous mist attacks.

Nakamura assumed a stance and addressed the others, saying, "I have the most chakra, so I'll use my most powerful move. However, this move consumes a considerable amount of chakra, so please try to find an opening in him since I won't be able to harm him significantly."

Everyone nodded in agreement. After all, Nakamura was the only one who had not used 'Shadow Clone' and still had his full chakra reserves.

However, after conducting further research and watching Hanzo's battle with Mifune, it became evident that Hanzo is indeed capable of using ninjutsu. He refrained from using it during the battle because Mifune's speed prevented him from having the opportunity to do so. It seems that Kishimoto's portrayal of Hanzo was somewhat neglectful in this regard.)

A water dragon formed and attacked Nakamura, who had transformed into a Flame Dragon. The two dragons collided, filling the entire barrier with steam. When the steam dissipated, the fire dragon continued its movement toward Hanzo. However, the fire dragon was now much smaller, and Ibuse used its paws to strike Nakamura. Nakamura and Hanzo found themselves in a stalemate for a few seconds. This deadlock was broken by Hanzo, who infused his sickle with chakra and forcefully pushed Nakamura back, hurling him towards the ground. Hanzo remained unharmed, but Ibuse sustained injuries that did not immediately heal.

Although everyone wanted to rush to Nakamura's aid, completing Karan's task took precedence. Each of them employed different breathing techniques to continue their assault on Hanzo. Hanzo realized that Ibuse could no longer be of assistance, as its poison was ineffective due to their preparedness. Moreover, Hanzo couldn't send Ibuse underground for a surprise attack because the barrier covered even the underground. Therefore, Hanzo allowed Ibuse to retreat.

After Ibuse had departed, Hanzo utilized the 'Body Flicker Technique' and materialized in front of Matsuda. He wielded his sickle and launched an attack at Matsuda, which Matsuda parried skillfully with his axe. Hanzo then employed the other end of his chain to strike Matsuda, but Matsuda swiftly defended using flail. Hanzo took a step back and renewed his assault with the sickle. This time, although Matsuda managed to parry Hanzo's attack initially, he couldn't maintain his defense for long. As a result, Matsuda was sent tumbling backward due to the instability, creating an opening that Hanzo capitalized on. With his sickle controlled by the chain, Hanzo executed a horizontal cut on Matsuda, causing him to fall to the ground in defeat.

"My sickle is always coated in poison. So, once you've been cut by it, you'll surely meet your demise unless you possess the antidote. Until then, enjoy witnessing your friends meet the same fate as you," declared Hanzo.

After uttering these words, Hanzo employed the 'Body Flicker Technique,' vanishing and reappearing in front of Emiko, who was advancing toward Matsuda to confront Hanzo, engaged in battle with Matsuda.

Upon witnessing Hanzo's sudden appearance, Emiko swiftly employed 'Water Breathing Fourth Form: Striking Tide, Turbulent,' launching rapid and powerful slashes at Hanzo. However, Hanzo effortlessly matched Emiko's speed, countering each of her slashes with one of his own.
