A deadly wish
If one wanted to admire all sorts of beautiful flowers and perfect sceneries worthy of the immortals of the Heavenly Realms, the imperial gardens were a good start. Adding to that the gorgeous imperial concubines that often strolled around, the good start easily became a dream many men wished for but never obtained.
Behind a rockery and away from prying eyes, two young women were gorging themselves with sunflowers seeds while watching a group of three women not far from them.
"Weiwei, why are we still here?" The youngest of the two, the tenth princess called Ji Zhao Shang whispered while taking another handful of seeds. She threw them into her mouth, her rosy cheeks bulging out, and then pointed at the girl walking next to mama Jiang and another maid. "Who is she?"
Song Wei Li glanced at the princess and rubbed her hands together with a devilish smirk. "No one important. And we are here to watch a good show, of course."
