Thunder swooped down and landed on the mountain's peak. Li Chen flew off her back and lightly landed.
The ceramic jars gently clashed against each other, resulting in light sounds. In the next moment, the hut's door opened and an old man holding a walking stick walked out.
He sat on a stool and watched Li Chen unite the rope used to tie the wine jars.
"Old man, when are you going to stop drinking?"
"Tsk!" Old Li clicked his tongue, grabbed a jar, and removed the lid. He poured a mouthful into his mouth and gulped it.
His murky eyes twinkled.
"You'll have just one today." Li Chen said it firmly. Hearing that, Old Li's hand moved for another jar. His arm was so fast that it was blurry but Li Chen's eyes followed his movements with ease.
PA—!
He pinned Old Li's wrist to the stone table. "Brat! No disciple would punish their masters this way!"
Old Li's beard trembled as he glared at Li Chen.
