Leona Has A Secret For That?!

After leaving the group far behind, Lotus sent Jamil a text regarding the situation, to which Jamil replied with a detailed description that basically meant that he got it and is really wanting to make her shut her mouth. She gave a small laugh weakly before continuing her way out of the halls. She had only managed to leave the stadium when she felt an arm reach out to her and grab her arm. She looked around in confusion and only to find that it was Leona again?!

Surprised, she raised a brow, "I thought you were going to be checking on the camera system by this point?"

Camera system?

Leona raised a brow. He was checking on what was going on with the system, but...

He glanced at Lotus curiously with narrowed eyes to which the thought hit her in a shock. She chuckled nervously, "... oops. Haha..."

Leona sneered and responded, "Oh, yeah. I left all that to those guys out there. The nurse came to look for you. So, I came to bring you back."

"I see!" Lotus nodded, "Then, I guess that means I have to go to the nurse office!"

"Hold on." Leona called out with a huff, "I have to go with you."

Lotus raised a brow and muttered in confusion, "Construction of the stadium, the evacuation of the people, checking out the camera system... Isn't reporting to the committee leader and headmaster the next step following the procedure? Last I checked, the nurse isn't either of those..."?

"It'll be all right." Leona smirked, "I can leave the rest to them."

"All right." Lotus responded with a nod before continuing to make her way out of that stadium without much more persuasion.

After making out of the doors of the stadium, she suddenly felt an arm around her and thrown onto someone's shoulder.

"Woah!"

She looked down to find that she had been thrown over Leona's shoulder as he carried her into the forest. She raised a brow, "This isn't the way to the nurse's office..."

"Shut up." Leona growled with a scowl on his face.

Seeing this, Lotus shook her head and sighed before letting herself be carried away.

Having been carried into the forest and back out to find themselves on the main road, Leona then carried her all the way to Savannaclaw's mirror in the Hall of Mirrors. Ignoring the expressions of other students, she was then brought to the lounge of the dorm which she looked around curiously. She had been inside before, but it was when she was doing some undercover work. Having taken a proper look around the area, she found that the interior was similar to that of a large tree house if it were on the ground. He then kicked the remaining two students out of the lounge before locking the door behind him and tossing her into the small waterfall pond they have!

Lotus got up with a scowl and muttered, "Geez! What was that for?!"

Leona stared hard at her before he grumbled with a stern look on his face.

"What?" Lotus grumbled before walking out of the pond and giving a small cough that couldn't be held back, "Geez. Now, it's cold! I have to hurry for the green house too."

She gave a sigh and muttered before turning to him, "Can I go back to my dorm now?"

However, rather than an answer, Leona did not respond. Curious, she looked down in confusion, "What's wrong? Is there something wrong with me? Did you drug the water with something?"

It was obvious that this guy used the water to uncover her gender. However, she could clearly see that the ring's effect was still ongoing and she still retained the image of a young male. So, why was he still staring at her?

Leona continued to stare at her in disbelief as he knew for certain that the stench on her couldn't have been that of a male, but a female. What male has the stench of flowers on them? He had even stated that he wasn't from the Rose Kingdom, so why in the world did he smell of flowers? Moreover, his instinct was never wrong. The moment she scolded him a shiver ran down his spine that made him obey her words as he would back home. It was well known how powerful the women of his home country are in the Afternoon Savannah. Even he had to listen to his sister-in-law and other women who were physically stronger and larger than him. So, why would he be scared of a petite young man?

Could the smell have been from the fairy he encountered before?

This certainty and suspicions made him unwilling to accept that he was wrong, but, seeing that the other party was also just as confused and not impatient to leave, he couldn't help but become even more confused and doubted himself. Could it just been a fluke? Did he made a mistake?

Lotus shook his head and sighed, "Well, there's no way that I can leave if you've locked the door. Guess I'll have to find a sunny spot and sit it out..."

She then found a sunny spot by the opened window and leaned against the wooden sills as Leona glared at her. However, she wasn't afraid, rather she was amused on how far he would take this. She took out her phone and checked to see if it was working before sending out a message to Trey and the others. Thinking on what to do, she leaned against the wooden sill and yawned before the warmth of the sun slowly began to cause her to drift to sleep.

When she woke up, she found that it's been a while and she was still soaked on the inside. Began to take off her jacket when Leona called out to her with a scowl, "Hey, what are you doing?"

Lotus raised a brow, "Well, my vest is still wet. How else do you expect me to dry off? Unless..."

Lotus stared at him curiously before she sneered, "Unless, the dorm leader has a secret for that?"

"What did you just say?"

Suddenly, the area around them grew tense as he glared at her angrily. Of course, he wasn't stupid enough not to know what Lotus was hinting at. At the same time, it made him very angry the moment she hinted at it as he growled, "I dare you to say that again..."

"Oh?" Lotus chuckled, "You actually want me to spell it out for you? Well, I just didn't think that the mighty dormleader of Savannaclaw would be-"

A loud roar echoed in the room as Leona glared at her angrily. Lotus laughed, "What's the sudden change of look for? I didn't think I'd get any response from you for just mentioning that. Truth be told, it was the fairy that mentioned the idea... I didn't think that it could actually be true at all, but you know... It's not like I have any proof for either one. May as well just mention it to see."

"Shut up!" Leona shouted angrily and lunged for her collar.

However, Lotus was faster and thrusted herself out of the window before landing onto the roof below! Shocked, Leona looked over the edge in shock only be to more relieved to find that she had landed safely onto the roof below. She chuckled at the sight of the look of anger that quickly came over his face as he remembered what she said and growled angrily. Yet, she simply stuck out her tongue at him before making her escape jumping form the roof top to another before reaching the ground. Leona who was already angry wanted to go after her, but he held back. If he went after her now, wouldn't that be admitting to this?! He'll just have to deal with this little rascal at another place and time, then. If he was just a little faster, he could've easily grabbed a hold of her small neck and wring it, but who knew that she was a fast one that was probably faster than Ruggie!

He growled angrily before kicking the door open only to find the previous two he had kicked out before him as he glared at them angrily and pushed his way through between the two. As he left the room, the freshman glanced over to the sophmore hesitantly, "D-d-do you think- Ow!"

"As if! Shut up!"

The Sophmore quickly elbowed him harshly in the side with a hush. Thankfully, he was smart enough to know that, if any rumors of this leaks out, they would have their lives being targetted next!

The sophmore got up and sighed shaking his head, "That kid... He's not gonna be able to escape sooner or later... Come on. Let's go and forget about this. Otherwise, we will be next."

The freshman nodded with a heavy sigh, "Thanks to him, the dorm leader won't be in a good mood for the next few days... If I see him around, I'll give that guy a beating too!"

"Forget about it." The sophmore shook his head, "You'll only dig a deep hole if you mess with his prey. Just leave this to the dormleader."
