**Kyla's POV**
After reassuring myself I wasn't going crazy sprouting nonsense, I enjoyed the ride hanging onto tightly to Richard.
Suffice to say, day one was a bust. There's no way I convinced Richard about my fake feelings for Stein. He saw right through me. I kind of imagined it'll be easier but by then I hasn't met Richard so I wouldn't know.
Thankfully, it wasn't that late so I avoided an earful from my aunt. I carefully stepped down and handed the helmet down before facing him with my hands behind my back.
"Today was eventful."
He joked earning a chuckle. I carefully brushed the hair from my face nervously.
"Yeah, it was."
"I'll see you in school tomorrow?"
"Yeah. Definately."
I reassured about to walk away.
"Kyla...."
"Yeah?"
I turn back. He uses that opportunity and quickly lands a peck on my cheeks. I have no idea but that simple gesture earns a slight blush from me.
"See you tomorrow."
