[Dr. Strange's POV]
I knew that something catastrophic was bound to happen ever since Peter came to me for help.
The boy's life was a psychological mess and full of despair ever since his identity was leaked by one of the villains named Mysterio.
Peter wanted everyone to forget about his identity and superhero life as Spider-Man and to do that...well, who else is better than me in mystic arts and general knowledge of magic?
I was the Sorcerer Supreme candidate for a reason.
Every action done has its own consequences as per the ingrained laws of the universe.
It was all about equilibrium and that was how magic was.
It had a price.
Peter had wanted me to use a memory spell to actualize his intentions.
The [Runes of Kof-Kol] was just a standard of making people forget, more like erasing certain fragments of memories.
I had cast the spell as intended but due to Peter's indecisiveness, the ramifications that I had feared to come occurred.
The Runes of Kof-Kol when used on a large scale, can connect to the timeline of our current reality thus subsequently affecting the whole population.
Due to Peter's mess, the spell was destabilized and caused its effects to breach the cosmos, further extending to the Infinite universes beyond.
The fabric of reality surrounding our universe had torn and a few villains and allies from other parallel universes that knew of Peter Parker happened to come into our own.
What followed next was quite uneventful, Peter had to make up for his own mess and protect those close to him.
The naivety of the kid knew no bounds as he wanted to bring the bad guys to the good side...a blunder that cost him the life of his aunt.
People rarely change and are unpredictable.
The bad guys don't play by the book.
That issue concerning Peter was easily resolved but I didn't anticipate another more troubling matter coming knocking at my door.
Multiversal Travel had been made possible due to the loosening of the walls separating the infinite universes from each other.
Every time I took a nap, I experienced the same dream over and over again.
A dream about me...no, another parallel existence to be more specific, running side by side with a teenage girl.
And they were being chased by an abominable horror of the sort, seemingly made out of what seemed like witchcraft.
This only solidified my speculations about the existence of our parallel selves in other realities.
The concept of multiversity was true!
And this brings me back to my current headache - a One-eyed tentacular Eldritch creature.

[Third POV]
Pandemonium.
Fear.
Chaos.
People ran unevenly all over the place due to the sudden arrival of an unseen monster that was wreaking havoc in the city.
Cars were being thrown here and there as if they were mere toys.
It was horrific and the fear of the unknown was what drove people to insanity.
Stephen Strange had been attending the wedding of his ex-lover when he suddenly felt the noisy disturbance from the outside.
As a master of mystic arts, his sense of danger was high and he could easily perceive the minute details centered around what was wreaking havoc in the City.
He was quick to react by instantly summoning the Clock of Levitation and rushed to the scene.
A simple transfiguration spell changed his ceremonial suit to his usual caped outfit.
Dr. Strange arrived to alleviate the situation.
Standing before him was something incomprehensible that couldn't be seen by the naked eyes, since well it was some sort of mysticism.
An invisible attack sent a nearby car rolling in the air before all of sudden, the bus which was in front of it was momentarily raised high, off the ground by the same camouflaged entity.
Without wasting any time, Dr. Strange activated his Eldritch magic and with a wave of his hands, a fiery light aura screened the concentrated area around the camouflaged entity.
That was a spell meant to dispel any form of invisibility or illusions.
It was a One-eyed creature with strange golden magical runes inscribed on its grotesque tentacles.
It had its tentacles wrapped around the bus, trying to squeeze those pieces of metal into a scrap.
Its huge eyeball was menacingly shooting glares at the figure of a girl struggling to survive inside the nearly-mangled wreck.
Strange swiftly did a couple of hand signs, channeling the universal energies to separate the bus into singular parts.
By doing this, Strange opened up an opening for the dark creature.
One of the tentacles tried wrapping itself on the helpless girl but Strange telekinetically guided a sharp metal to cut it off effortlessly.
Screams of fright were heard from the unknown girl as she was swiftly pulled toward the ground by gravity.
Strange didn't know that his actions and whatever was happening were being watched by a certain bunch of bored cultivators, just like an audience watching a cinema.
_________
"Eew, that's one nasty monster. Just looking at it, makes my body cringe in disgust. The mere thought of those fleshy tentacles wrapping around me is just...eh, why am I even trying to imagine it? " Caizhi blurted out with a strange expression on her cute face.
"Fufufu, you are so lewd Caizhi. What gives you the courage to even have such dirty imagination? Doesn't that mean that you want something slimy to wrap around your helpless body?" Chi Wuyao didn't miss the chance to tease the playful little lady.
"Y-You...you are the only one having lewd thoughts, hmph!" Caizhi's face blushed in embarrassment.
She wished there was a hole to hide her flustered face.
"Anyway, isn't that creature too weak?" Jasmine spoke, her voice befitting that of an unruly Empress, unbridled and full of arrogance.
"Why is that supposed hero struggling so much against such a gross monster?"
"Oi, stop comparing yourself to mortals, Jazzy."
"Cut the guy some slack. There is a powerful, godly version of himself that could put up a fight against you. Isn't that so interesting?" Noah chuckled lightly and proceeded to throw popcorn into his mouth.
"For real? Hmph, It seems this verse has a lot more interesting things then," Jasmine scoffed and proceeded to ask a question.
Her vampiric red eyes shone with interest.
"Since you happen to know all the details about this multiverse, then if you hadn't eternally destroyed that purple big guy, what would have been his strongest form ever?"
"Oh, Thanos. That guy is a legend. His strongest future self would have been able to even defeat the supreme being and creator of the Marvel Multiverse. Can you imagine such a level of ridiculousness?"
"Wow, isn't the supreme being of this whole reality supposed to be Omnipotent or something?" Xia Qingyue asked with an arched brow.
"What is omnipotence? I think there isn't something like that in my dictionary?" Noah sneered and absent-mindedly stared at the projection of the events playing.
His eyes seemed to be lost and mysterious, overlooking what was currently happening in his surroundings.
"Omnipotence is just a term for over-powerful beings standing at the peak of their respective realities. It becomes a vague concept if we delve deep into the totality of the Omniversal Sphere and whatever lies beyond it."
Noah's words seemed to have confused the ladies as all of them had a look of surprise and wonder.
Whatever Noah was speaking was simply beyond their realm of understanding.
"Eh, please put it into simpler terms," Shen Xi pleaded with an apologetic expression.
Noah's expression instantly changed, seemingly returning to the real world.
"Sorry about that. Let's put it in simple terms like the famous cultivation world saying 'There is always someone stronger than you."
"Just like how you snatched away my supremacy over the Whole Primal Chaos, you bad boy," The Ancestral Goddess chuckled, her emerald eyes shining with reminiscence.
"Haha, then how was I supposed to conquer you?" Noah playfully winked at her.
"Anyway, if you say that the concept of omnipotence is vague then how about the one who gave another chance at life," Bing'er couldn't contain this burning question in her mind.
"Oh, that one. Just now, haven't I told you that 'Omnipotence' is a paradox?" Noah smirked at the Ice Phoenix.
"To be honest, it was just moments ago that I suddenly came to that realization."
"I had an epiphany."
"Okay then. Do we involve ourselves with them or...?" Caizhi asked with a curious look while pointing at the projection with her little finger.
She had that 'look' in her eyes, just like an evil child preparing a dirty prank.
Noah ignored this and pursed his lips with a thoughtful expression on his devilishly handsome face.
"I don't care what you do. The universe is boundless, so you can go wherever that you want."
He then yawned and rose from his seat.
"I am bored. I am going out for a walk."
"Guys, don't underestimate the enemies that you might face in the course of your little traveling."
"I know that look so well. The look of trouble," Xia Qingyue nudged his shoulder.
"Anyway, can't I spice things up a little bit?" Noah grumbled with an innocent expression and then disappeared.
"Kukuku, guys I am also on my way. Bye!" Caizhi smiled evilly and also disappeared.
Her destination was unknown.
But one thing was surely known by the other goddesses...
The Entities bound to catch her interest were surely going to cry!
