'Damn that last week was really unsatisfying, not even level 21 wolves are any fun to fight anymore…' Lumen was complaining internally as he thought about his recent hunts.
It had been a week since he had first fought the level 21 wolf, and during this period he had ramped up his hunting expedition in order to make his way towards the boss and end this dungeon once and for all.
This increased period of hunting naturally resulted in him finding quite a lot more packs of higher wolves than usual, with each pack growing slightly in level the more he explored deeper into the dungeon.
With these higher levelled and higher amount of wolves, his levelling speed once again took a speedier approach than normal, now only a thread of experience away from reaching level 20, and acquiring a new skill.
'Surely by now I must have travelled at least 100 kilometres into this place, just how massive is this cave.'
