Training Xu Rongfei

The morning comes and I once again practice my martial skills and look into the library in my mind and browse through it as I regularly do in my spare time. I have learned many new pills as well as formations and created a few new skills which surprised me. One allowed me to teleport through space to anywhere I have once been too although It takes quite a bit of Qi about 1/10th of my Qi. My strength is still an early level connate being. But that is enough for now and I can fight equally with any regular cultivators in the golden stage excluding Chen Fan when he reached golden core or any son's of gods but anyone else in the early golden core stages I can match although if I use some of my life essences I can possibly match a mid-level golden core cultivator.

I get in the shower and dress in a simple Nike tracksuit. I then grab my phone and go to my contacts where I locate 'FeiFei' and give her a call.

"Hello?" She asked.

"Hi it's Feilong, I wanted to ask if you wanted to meet, it's about your training." I reply.

"Oh ok, where do you want to meet?" She asked.

"Starbucks in 10 minutes?" I asked.

"Ok that's fine, see you then." She replied as she hurriedly ended the call.

I leave my house and head to Starbucks and sit down where I order two latte's and wait for Feifei to arrive.

I wave as I see her enter where she sits down and asked, "What did your master say?"

"He said he does not have enough time but if I truly wish for you to practice then I must teach you myself." I replied.

"Two lattes." A waitress said as she came over and placed one in front of both of us.

She takes a sip then said in a determined tone "I understand, let's do it."

"I will be going to the military but I will make time for you every 8 pm. Do you want to start today?" I asked.

"Yes that's fine I should be able to go every 8 pm but how are you going to meet me if you're in the military?" She asked.

"I will just sneak out as it won't be hard. Also, we will start right after you finish that latte as we need to start as soon as possible." I replied.

"Ok!" She said as she drunk her latte as fast as humanly possible in which I did the same as we made our way to my back garden that had a single tree under it surrounded by many flowers that made a path to the said tree and surrounded it in a circle.

"Now sit down in a lotus position and close your eyes." I said as I change from my usual outgoing and kind exterior to a serious and strict master.

A/N: Not appearance btw it's as in his tone and how he speaks and looks at her.

"What now?" She asked as she closed her eyes.

I walk up to her and place two fingers on her forehead Itachi style where I transfer knowledge of a cultivation method that is on the same level as Chen Fans.

"I will now inject some Qi into you, as I do this try to feel its flow and repeat the scripture aloud or in your head." I reply as I am now behind her with my two palms on the centre of her back as I too sat in a lotus position.

"Some say the world will end in fire, Some say in ice. From what I've tasted of desire. I hold with those who favour fire." She chanted aloud as I injected ice and fire Qi into her body as well as use my array to bring regular spiritual Qi around us.

A/N: Yes the chant is from a poem called 'fire and ice' and I only took half of it as it sounded the best.

She began to feel Qi and absorb vast amounts from around her. To which I say "Great now refine It into the centre of your body and make it into a small circle and condense it as much as possible but make sure all your Qi is in balance as one cannot be without the other and cannot be more dominant or you will rather freeze or burn."

"I-I, Ok I will do so now." She replied.

She continued to absorb the Qi and began to create her own dantian although extremely small. She then had both fire and ice Qi left to deal with as she had entered the early Qi refinement stage more commonly called the early foundation establishment stage. She would be as strong as Chen Fan without the fire and Ice Qi once she learns a few skills but with the fire and ice Qi she could possibly beat Chen Fan when he was in the Profound stage/ Mid Qi refining stage but she would still need to be at the peak of foundation establishment to do so.

Suddenly she begins to struggle and the fire Qi begins to dominate making her feel a burning sensation to which she shouts "Ouch!"

"Calm down and focus, balance them, imagine a ying-yang symbol in your mind and slowly bring the fire and ice Qi into your dantian and allow them to flow together in harmony." I reply as I begin to help her a little by injecting fire or ice Qi depending on what was becoming more dominant as she began to refine it.

"I did it!" She shouted as she finished refining the fire and ice Qi making them flow in harmony in her dantian.

"Congratulations you are now on the road to becoming a cultivator and can be considered a master to earth's standards."I replied.

She then turned around and hugged me whispering "Thank you for this."

She then released to which I say "Here these are two techniques that complement each other, 'Igniting fire' and 'freezing ice'. These were made for two partners to practice as they complement one another however because you have both fire and ice Qi you can do both and it is up to your luck if you can combine them together in the future. Besides that, I have given you another martial skill that just uses regular spiritual Qi called 'Dominating Fist' which just infuses Qi into a set of martial arts moves which it will teach you." I replied as I once again put two fingers on her head injecting the techniques into her memory.

A/N: I am bad at names so I just made a few up also I couldn't think of something to describe the fire that began with 'I' so it will be igniting and why not another synonym because 'IF' (Ice Fire) then 'FI' (Fire Ice) in case you never caught that XD.

'To protect her memories of practice I should reinforce her mind with a formation.' In which I engraved a formation into her mind as I injected the techniques which also alerted me if she was ever in any danger.

"Should I start practising now?" She asked.

"Of course, and don't slack off even while I am away. Although I will see you every night make sure to practice when you wake up preferably at 6am which is the best time. Also, here take this key it's to the house, outside of here the Qi is less dense and will make your cultivation longer so come here if you need to." I said as I handed her a spare key I had.

"Yes, master!" She responded.

"Please don't do that it will make it awkward when I am teaching you so Feilong is just fine." I reply.

"Oh ok then." She said.

"Then you can go once you are able to manifest at minimum the 'Dominating Fist' and is what I suggest to start off with." I informed her as I began to sit and cultivate myself.
