And as Amelia thought the guard told Asher about the bribe. The bribe was given by a servant in the house . And right now , the driver is held by two guards and Asher is interrogating him.

In the wedding suit he was wearing an extremely unpleasant expression. If looks could kill , the drive must have been died by now.

" What exactly were you going to do" Asher asked with a threatening voice.

The driver was so scared right now , he thought he is going to earn a lot of money by a very simple task . But there is no easy money in this world, it turns out the work was actually very dangerous. And it's too late now.

" I was only told that the bride doesn't want to get married. I just have to wait for her outside and she will come from the backdoor. And then I just have to take her to airport. " The driver was so scared he told everything in one breath .

With each word Asher's expression darkened even more, which made the driver even more scared.

After taking a long breath he asks " Who gave you the deal ? "

" I don't know - I don't know, a servant from that house came and gave me the advance money. "

" Tie him up . " After saying this Asher went towards the room , where Amelia was getting ready.

He imagined all kind of scenarios. What would be she doing right now, is she packing her things or she already did that. Is she in the room or she already left? Whatever it is ,he will catch her.

Just now inside the room Lily was shocked to hear that Amelia is calling her an idiot.

' How dare this idiot ,call me an idiot..... But what just happened, she always did whatever I told her to do and she always thought I was an angel, so why is she suddenly upset with me ? No, I have to coax her back .

Just as she was about to do so , the door of the room was kicked open.

Amelia flinched and as she looked towards the doors , as expected it was Asher. And she knew , why was he here.

And as for Lily , she was frozen on the ground. She didn't have much interaction with Asher. So , just looking at him right now, scared the sh*t out of her. He was looking like he could kill anyone right now.

Just now she was going to say that Amelia should take this opportunity to run away but she was feeling lucky that she didn't do that. Otherwise if Asher heard her , she would have been dead by now .

" GET OUT" Asher shouted, it was for Lily .

Lily didn't care about anything else, she took the chance and ran away. After she was gone , a guard closed the door. Now only two of them were in this room.

Asher took one step at a time and walked towards Amelia. Just from his expression she knew that he is not in the right mind now.

' Calm down , I have seen much more than this. If I can handle my previous life, I can handle anything. '

As she was getting ready just now , she was standing in front of the dressing table .

Asher came in front of her and stood in front of her ,very close . Unconsciously, she took a step back but was caged between his arms , which he put on the dressing table. All this while, he was staring at her , as trying to guess what was she thinking.

They were looking at each other and their breath intervened.

" Were you going to run away? " He says with a mix of anger and sadness.

" I was not " She said calmly.

He pinched and lifted her chin with his one hand

" DON'T LIE TO ME. You were lying all this time and I believed in you because I thought that you never lied to get your things done . But it seems like you have found a new way to get me out of your life. But it's a pity that none of your techniques are going to work . "

" Why do you think I am lying to you? "

He gave a sarcastic smile. " You are asking me that? You made a plan to run away but you kept saying that you are ready for this marriage. Did you think that you can run away, if you kept pretending. "

She hold the hand which pinched her chin

" Did you see that I was running away? "

He was surprised when she hold his hand but his anger didn't dissipated.

" Of course I didn't because I came before you could do anything."

She realised that he is not going to see things logically with his anger. So she tried to make him understand.

" If I really tried to do anything , I would have already done that. I would not be wasting my time here , getting ready and waiting for you to catch me."

His face got even closer to her. " Then why did you bribe the guard and appointed a driver ? "

" Did you see me doing this ? "

" Of course not because you made your servant do this. "

Just then someone knocked on the door outside.

Mrs. Smith - " It is time for you to come outside Amelia. "

Right after this Asher holds her hand and take her outside.

" Wait I am not done talk- "

Much to Mrs. Smith's surprise it was Asher who opened the door. He was holding Amelia's hand and before she can say anything he took her outside and went straight to the aisle.

Everyone was surprised with this sudden occurence. Lucas was also in the audience. He was surprised to see that Amelia didn't look him at all. It felt weird to him because wherever he was Amelia could find him and try to seek his attention . And now he was right in front of her eyes, it is not possible that she cannot see him .

Asher didn't waste a single second and he told the priest to start right away.

Looking at the audience who were looking for some fun , Amelia decided to take the marriage vows for now.

Asher thought she will hesitate but watching her not hesitate,only made him more confused.

As as soon as the priest said ' you can kiss' , he put his one hand on the back of her head and one hand on her waist and bring his face forward and put his lips on her lips.,
