While sitting on the royal chair, Linxiao peered into Liu Ying's eyes from the mirror and said, "it is because I came back from the death and uneventful moment. Linxiao chuckled and said, "as there is a saying goes, between the friends never look for their inequality. In friendship, friends are equal".

Linxiao could not come up with any better excuse to answer Liu Ying's query. Which arose in her mind, and that can raise suspicion towards her. So, it's better to solve them before they arise.

But little did she don't know what the effect of her conversation would be on Liu Ying.

As like always, Liu Ying became emotional and started crying after hearing what Linxiao had said.

Noticing from the mirror that Liu Ying was crying. Linxiao became anxious, catching a glimpse of her cry and thought, did she say something wrong?. She stood from the chair and came toward Liu Ying. so she could ask why she was crying, but Liu Ying moved toward her and immediately hugged her in arms.

Linxiao could not understand her actions. She returned her hug and patted her back. After that, she separated Liu Ying from her, "Why are you crying now?," whipping her falling tears with her fingers Linxiao asked.

"Linxiao, you care for me so much. I never had thought in my dream about that," Liu Ying said, looking into Linxiao's eyes. While smiling, she answered Linxiao's other question. "It's nothing, it's happy tears" Liu Ying wiped them in a while saying.

Liu Ying had never thought that one-day Linxiao would think about her like this.

It's not like previous Linxiao mistreated her. They were friends but the previous host never cared for her like how Linxiao was treating her.

While smiling, she thought Linxiao's change was positive.

Knowing it, Linxiao feels relieved, and she says, "Okay ..ok stop your precious pearls from falling, otherwise they will fill this room" Linxiao teases her while laughing and squeezing her cheeks.

"Thank you Linxiao" Liu Ying felt great with the Linxiao gesture towards her.

"It's nothing," Linxiao replied and sat on the royal chair "now don't waste time and make my hair," she said to Liu Ying while smiling.

After that Liu Ying made her hair and secured them with a lovely phoenix hairpin. Looking at herself in the mirror, Linxiao smiled as it satisfied her with the hairstyle which Liu Ying had created.

"Let's go". She stood from the chair and spoke, looking at Liu Ying.

" huh! Where do you want to go, Linxiao?" Liu Ying asked her. Well, she accepted Linxiao's request and did not call her with any formalities. As she was a free bird, she could talk to Linxiao as she pleased.

"We have to go outside of the palace," Linxiao proclaimed.

"But did you forget, you can't go out now"? Liu Ying asserted and looked at Linxiao.

However, seeing Linxiao's confused look and hearing what she said before about going out. Liu Ying realized she did not inform Linxiao about that.

"Why?" Linxiao exclaims in surprise. And look at Liu Ying. "Why can't I go outside?"

"Umm... " Liu Ying hesitated to say it.

"Say it, what are the reasons behind this? Why can't I go out?" She ogled Liu Ying to say what she knew.

"Linxiao, it was his majesty's order that you can't go anywhere outside of the imperial palace," Liu Ying says.

"Why would his majesty give orders like this?" Linxiao exclaimed, as she wanted to know the reason behind this strict order, and why he was stopping her from going out.

Liu Ying continued, "it is your punishment".

"Why now? I already completed my punishment which he gave to me before, ,"Linxiao says.

"It is part of the extension of your punishment," Liu Ying said.

"I wonder why he had to extend my punishment," Linxiao asked.

"It is because you were supposed to kneel in the ancestor hall but prince Lin Feng came in the middle and helped you out from there, without his Majesty's order." Liu Ying says.

"Just because my elder brother came in the middle and I could not complete that punishment," Linxiao says.

Liu Ying nodded.

"But can't I kneel again? and complete my punishment? ," Linxiao says.

"No, you can't. Because considering your health, his majesty changes your punishment. When Prince Lin Feng pleaded in front of his majesty not to give you such harsh punishment of kneeling again. So, his majesty came up with this punishment." Liu Ying explains as much as she can.

Hearing all this, Linxiao feels she can't reject her brother's favor. Who pleaded for her, otherwise his hard work will go to waste.

Linxiao thought not to break her elder brother's efforts.

Liu Ying hesitated but still lowering her head, she said "his majesty said your imprudent act bring shame to his clan and going out and seen by others, you will bring more shame so, as a punishment" before Liu Ying complete Linxiao stop her in middle she know what his majesty has said and pass this order as punishment that she can't go outside.

Linxiao looks into Liu Ying's eyes, who was trying to avoid her gaze. As she knows, it must be difficult for her to hear all the negative things about her and how his majesty has punished her and don't want that she can go out and bring shame to this kingdom as the princess.
