Chapter 6 – Valentines’ Day

Third person POV

 The next day, it was Valentines' Day, and Kyo, Yuki, Tohru, and Kagura went on two dates together. Tomoaki, Asae, and Roxas decided to come as well. But Asae's attention mostly focuses on Roxas. Asae couldn't confess her feelings to him, and Tomoaki didn't had a girlfriend yet, but the three of them decided to come with them because they just wanted to spend time with them.

 And so, the seven of them did, watching a movie at the cinema, where Tohru and Kagura get so emotional at it while Kyo and Yuki seemed to don't like it at all. Roxas, Tomoaki, and Asae liked it very well. But, Roxas and Asae shared a bag of popcorn so when they touched their hands are each other, they both get flustered by it and removed their hands from it. Asae blushed the most, while Roxas blushed the least. Tomoaki was amazed by this but can't say something that loud because being loud is forbidden inside the cinema.

 "What is this?" Asae thought in embarrassment in her mind. "Why is this happening?"

 "What is this feeling?" Roxas thought in his mind while feeling a bit embarrassed. "I'm in love with my own fan fic character?!"

 After watching that movie, they all went to a restaurant to eat a good meal. At the same time, Shigure was at Hatori's house giving him an update about Tohru and Tomoaki. This update is about Roxas specifically. Hatori doesn't know about him before, but he was intrigued by it. Eventually, he said to Shigure, "I want to see him."

 "Okay, I'll tell him to come here," Shigure happily replied back.

 "Alright, it is decided."

 Meanwhile, while Tohru and her friends are somewhere in the department store, Roxas, Tomoaki, and Asae are shopping at a stationery store for some supplies. Roxas needed a few notebooks for his writing, while Tomoaki and Asae needed new wooden pencils. The three of them preferred traditional, wooden pencils than modern, mechanical ones that utilizes the use of refillable pencil lead. And then, Roxas gets 2 spiral-bound notebooks in blue and brown for 250 yen each.

 "My life in this world is so good!" he thought in happiness.

He went to them. "Hey, guys, I'm done. How about you two?"

Tomoaki and Asae then get 2 packs of pencils each and said to him. "We're done. Let's pay for them."

Roxas then happily nodded. "Okay!"

He said that like a child.

The three of them went to the cashiers to pay for them.

Once that was done, they left the store with their plastic bags of their purchases. Roxas felt the surge of happiness flowing through him. This date on Valentines' Day was more like a date of caring, rather than of romance.
