Chapter 15: Finally Check Out!

Akira glared at them, who shot at Erin, but that action shocked the whole court except those who knew Akira.

The bullet falls to the ground as Akira's energy shield disappears.

"A-Akira Nakamura! Titan of Light?! What the hell are you doing here?" The main court leader asks in shock.

Akira took a deep breath as he calmed down and said, "I'm here because of her." He points to Erin.

"Her? You know Erin Yeager?" The man asks.

"Yes, known and trained, you see; I know you are all scared of her power... but you can trust me. I can train her to help me win this war." Akira said with a serious tone.

"Why should we trust you? Who knows, you might be the enemy itself!" the other said as Akira laughed.

The guards were ready with their weapons at the light blue-haired soldier.

"What a joke you have there! Man, I haven't been laughing for so long! Why do you think that?" Akira powers up, and the whole place shakes and cracks. "If I were the enemies, you would all be dead already... I can destroy this kingdom in 10 minutes... Yet I didn't... So stop this nonsense and let me handle Erin and WIN THIS FUCKING WAR!!"

The judges were taken aback when Akira's aura hit them; they were definitely scared, but they also knew Akira was the best weapon to win the fight.

"Fine... Erin Yeager. You will be under the custody of Akira Nakamura." The leader spoke as Erin and the others sighed in relief.

Soon, on the outside, Erin is taken away to the scout regiment's place while being chained.

"Will she be okay?" Carla asked, worried, as she looked at her daughter being taken away.

"She will, Carla. I promise that..." Akira said while leaning against the wall and holding the wound he had received yesterday.

Mikasa walked closer in worry, "Akira, you should go back to the hospital,"

"I will be fine..." Akira replies as Shira sighs.

"You are not Akira. You were injured yesterday, I repeat. Yes Ter DAY! So stop being Hard ass and go to the Hospital!" Shira yells as Akira and Mikasa give her a scary look because Shira never yells or mostly gets mad.

"You should listen to her, Akira." Akira turned his head toward Levi. "Erin would be fine; go take a rest, but remember to return to duty tomorrow," Levi said as he left the place.

"Akira, I need to talk to you tomorrow," Erwin said as Akira saluted.

"Yes, Commander," Akira replied as Erwin nodded and left to follow Levi.

Mikasa supports Akira in walking, soon joined by Petra, who carries him to the other side. Mikasa is not happy, but she mostly ignores her feelings for now.

"What are you doing here, Petra?" Akira asked while walking back to the hospital with Mikasa and Petra's support, while Armin, Carla and Shira followed behind them.

"To make sure you return to the hospital," Petra replies as Akira chuckles.

"Seriously, girls, I will be fine," Akira replied as Mikasa smacked his wound, making him yelp in pain. "Hey, that hurts."

"Then you not fine." Mikasa reply.

"Okay, I will rest today," Akira said in defeat as the girls were happy.

"Good," Mikasa said with a smile.

Akira is lying in a hospital bed while Mikasa is sitting next to him.

"You know you don't have to wait for me, right?" Akira said to Mikasa.

"I don't care. What if you pass out when you are about to go to the toilet?" Mikasa asks.

"That didn't not happen." Akira reply.

"Yet," Mikasa replied while gently holding Akira's hand, "Seriously, Akira, I thought I lost you when you were gone that time... You maybe the Ultraman, but you are not God... you still can die."

Mikasa held Akira's hand tighter as Akira took her cheek and said, "I promise you, Mikasa, I will not Die... not until we win" 

Mikasa smiled sweetly and held his other hand. "I will keep that promise, Akira. But still, you also have to promise me not to die even after we win."

Akira nodded as she saw the new scar that she had gotten the previous day. "I'm sorry I couldn't help you that time."

"No, it's not your fault," Mikasa said with a smile.

Akira sighed as he smiled, "I guess we have matching Scars now."

The black-haired girl held the scar on his face. "You're bigger, but yeah, we do," Mikasa replied with a smile.

"Ahmm"

Akira and Mikasa quickly separate from each other as they receive a laugh from Shira. 

Mikasa's mother brought them dinner. They saw them close to each other, and she laughed and smirked, "Did I interrupt something?"

"No, you didn't, not." Mikasa said in embaresment.

Shira giggles, "Here, I make some food for both of you."

"Thanks," Akira replies with a smile as he eats the food Shira brings him. "So Mikasa, are you going to join my regiment?" Akira asks Mikasa as she nods.

"Yes, with me being there, I can protect you and Erin," Mikasa replies as Akira chuckles.

"You don't need to do that to me, Mikasa. I can handle myself," Akira said, seeing her pout as he petted her head. But you can help me if I get too much to handle, okay?"

Mikasa nodded and smiled.

Shira giggles again, "You two look more like a married couple than a sibling now." Akira and Mikasa froze, blushing red because they forgot Shira was still there. "Don't worry; I won't tell anyone."

Akira soon got out of the hospital.

"You sure you will be okay, Akira?" Mikasa asks in concern.

"Yeah, I will be fine, Mikasa. See you later then?" Akira asked with a smile as Mikasa nodded with a smile.

"I wish you success fighting those Titans, Akira," Shira said while hugging Akira.

"I will, Shira, I promise." Akira hugs Shira back. Carla watches them with a smile as it's her turn to wish him luck.

Carla holds Akira's arms, "Please protect Erin, Akira. You saved my life years ago, but please do me a favour; please protect her." She finishes her words with tears welling.

Akira wiped Carla's tears, "Hey, I will try my best to protect her, Carla, I promise."

Carla smiled as Shira chough and said, "Carla, you still have a husband, remember?"

"Yeah, husband, I never know if he's still alive or not," Carla replied as she teased Shira while hugging Akira closer to her, "But why do you bother anyway? Jealous?"

Shira, having a tick vein, pulls Akira to her. "Let him go, Carla. Akira needs motherly love more than an old hag like you."

In the middle, Akira has a painful expression when Carla and Shira pull him like a rope.

"Mom, Carla, stop that. You are hurting Akira!" Mikasa yells as she snatches him away from them with her strength.

"Thanks, Mikasa. You're a lifesaver." Akira thanked the brunette girl while rubbing his sore shoulder. "Man, you two women were strong," he said to Mikasa and Erin's mother.

Both mothers pouted, saying at the same time, "We are not that strong."

"Yes, you are," Akira replied as he walked closer to them, "See you later, Carla and Shira and be careful, okay?" The mother nodded as he looked at Mikasa, "See you very soon, Mikasa."

Mikasa nodded as Akira walked away.

Soon, Akira arrives at the regiment and meets Petra, Olou and Eld.

"Hey, The Ultraman is back!" Olou said jokingly with a grin as Akira sighed.

"Well, it's great to see your lazy ass again," Akira replies as Olou laughs.

 "Back to duty again, Akira?" Eld asks as Akira nods.

"Yes, who knows what kind of monster will come next? We need to prepare better," Akira replied as the others nodded.

"But you really okay?" Petra asked in concern as Akira nodded.

"Yeah, I'm now. The ultrapower heals all my injuries, so I'm fine," Akira replies with a smile as Petra sighs in relief.

"Where Erin?" Akira asks.

"She is inside doing chores with Levi." Olou reply.

Akira looked at them, "And you not?" 

The other look away while rubbing their head.

"We take a break," Petra said while blushing and embarrassing.

"Take a break, my ass. Get back to work, you too, Akira."

Akira looks behind them as Olou, Eld, and Petra stand still in shock when Levi, wearing an apron and mask, appears behind them.

Akira sighs, "Me too? I just got back."

"You're healthy enough, so get it done. We got Titanshifter to train." Levi said as he threw a broom at Akira.

Akira caught it as he sighed once again. "Fine..."
