Lila and Leo appeared in a small town in England, in the year 1895. They saw a horse-drawn carriage, a cobblestone street, and a brick house. They saw people wearing Victorian clothes, hats, and umbrellas.
They felt a sense of wonder and curiosity, as well as a sense of danger and urgency.
They knew that they had to be careful and discreet, not to attract attention or cause trouble.
They knew that they had to find H.G. Wells, and see his time machine.
They knew that they had to stop Blake and Zane, and their evil plan.
They ran towards the brick house, where Leo said H.G. Wells lived. They knocked on the door, hoping that he was home.
They heard footsteps and saw the door open. They saw a man with a beard, glasses, and a suit. He looked surprised and confused.
He was H.G. Wells.
"Leo?" he said. "What are you doing here? And who is this?"
Leo smiled and hugged him.
"H.G., my friend," he said. "I'm sorry to barge in like this, but I need your help."
H.G. Wells looked at Lila and raised his eyebrows.
"Who is she?" he asked.
Leo introduced Lila to H.G. Wells, and explained that she was also a Time Traveler, and that they were in danger.
He told him that Blake and Zane were after them, and that they wanted to use Lila's power for their evil plan.
He told him that they had to stop them, and that they needed his time machine.
H.G. Wells looked shocked and intrigued. He invited them inside his house, where he had his secret laboratory and his time machine.
He showed them his time machine, a large metal device with wheels, levers, buttons, and wires. He explained that it was powered by chronium, a rare element that could manipulate time and space.
He said that he had found chronium in an ancient temple in Egypt, where it was worshipped as a sacred stone by an ancient civilization.
He said that he had taken some of it with him, and used it to make his time machine.
He said that he had traveled to different times and places with his time machine, and that he had seen many amazing things.
He said that he had also written a novel based on his experiences and adventures, called The Time Machine.
He said that he had dedicated his novel to Leo, as a sign of gratitude and friendship.
He said that he was happy to help Leo and Lila, and that he was curious about their power of time travel.
He asked them what they wanted to do with his time machine, and where they wanted to go.
Leo said that they wanted to go to the Temporal Nexus, where Blake and Zane were hiding.
He said that they wanted to destroy their base, and stop their plan.
He said that they wanted to save the world from their tyranny.
H.G. Wells nodded and agreed to help them. He said that he would go with them, as he wanted to see the Temporal Nexus for himself.
He said that he would also write a sequel to his novel based on their adventure, called The Time Travelers.
He said that he would dedicate his sequel to Lila, as a sign of admiration and affection.
He smiled at Lila and winked at her.
Lila smiled back at him and blushed slightly.
She felt flattered by his compliment, but also embarrassed by his flirtation.
She looked at Leo and saw that he was jealous and annoyed by H.G. Wells' behavior.
She felt guilty for kissing Leo earlier, but also confused by her feelings for him.
She wondered if she loved him or not.
She wondered if he loved her or not.
She decided to focus on the mission, and not on her emotions.
She nodded at H.G. Wells and thanked him for his help.
She took Leo's hand and held it tightly.
She said that they were ready to go to the Temporal Nexus, and stop Blake and Zane.
H.G. Wells nodded and activated his time machine. He set the destination to the Temporal Nexus, using the coordinates that Leo had given him.
He pressed a button and created a temporal portal. He invited Leo and Lila to enter the portal with him.
They agreed and followed him into the portal.
A bright light flashed, and a loud noise sounded.
They felt a sudden jolt, and a strange sensation.
They disappeared from the house in England in 1895, leaving behind an empty room with a metal device with wheels, levers, buttons, wires…and chronium.
They reappeared in a different place, a different time, a different dimension.
They arrived at their destination.
They arrived at their final battle.
They arrived at the end.
