Thrown Into Hell (Slow Updates)

Wayne Myers was an unlucky but successful man. While on his way home from work, he died in an accident he couldn't prevent. He was lucky enough to get a second chance, he was thrusted into the world of My Hero Academia. This was great, except for the fact that when he goes to sleep, he has to choose to go to one of three hell-scapes. Doom, Bloodborne or Dark Souls. *** Not writing chapters for this novel yet ***

Diluc was finally called into his psychologist session. He walked in with heavy steps as Inko cheered for him from behind.

Thankfully, she didn't enter with him but instead stayed outside. He was quite worried that if she came in with him, she might get more worried than she already is. Although he had told her of some aspects of his quirk, he didn't tell of the true horrors that he had to face every night. She assumed that he died in tame ways like decapitation and punched hearts not ripped apart by a black creature as it impaled him with multiple tendrils.

He found himself face to face with a tall blond man with glasses. His general appearance is the most generic psychologist outfit possible. A brown suit with a brown tie with some brown pants, brown glasses, brown chair and a brown desk to sit behind. When you search up psychologist in Google, this is who you find. The only thing stopping him from being more unoriginal is if he had some brown hair to go along with this whole office.

Nevertheless, Diluc didn't voice his complaints and simply sat down in the brown chair that was meant for whoever was being 'interviewed'.

The man sat down at his desk and spoke.

"Hello, young man, my name is Matsuo Toga. May I have yours?" he said with a polite tone. The name rose some concerns but Dilucanswered nonetheless.

"I'm Diluc." He said bluntly. Matsuo wasn't offput at all by the rude response and kept his faint smile.

"So, I've heard about your quirk and I understand a small extent of what you're going through but I'd like your take on it." He requested.

"The jist of it is, every night, I go into a world where I'm forced to fight for my life. Even after I die, it just happens again and again. It's very fun." Diluc answered with a hint of sarcasm. The psychologist flinched slightly at the nonchalant way Diluc spoke of dying repeatedly but quickly returned to a normal state.

"How comfortable are you with telling me how you feel in this place?" Matsuo asked with a cautious tone. Honestly, he felt horrible asking this to a child but this is the first case such as this. No other psychologist has had to ask how a child feels about dying repeatedly so there is no real protocol for this.

"I'm fine with talking about it." Diluc replied. The next 2 hours were spent with Diluc going into excruciating detail on the Dark Souls world with Matsuo. With Inko he'd never go into so much detail out of fear of worrying her but he could care less how Matsuo feels about it. Plus, the whole reason you go to a psychologist is to talk about stressful or traumatic things.

By the end of it, Matsuo was trying his best not to show how he was cringing. Though, he also was relieved that Diluc was able to beat the thing that had caused him so much pain.

Fortunately, describing what had happened had used up all the time in their session together. Diluc jumped off the chair that was obviously too tall for him and left the room. Matsuo simply slumped back into his chair and waited for his next patient. His mind was a jumbled mess after hearing about Diluc's experiences with his quirk and he simply decided to think about this all later.

Meanwhile, Diluc had been picked up by Inko and they were both coming home from the psychologist. Inko couldn't keep her mouth shut and kept asking her son about how it went, did he enjoy it, would he like to do it again ect. Diluc masterfully answered every question while paying the minimum amount of attention possible, a skill he had picked up after years of living with Inko.

Regardless, he spent the rest of the day at home, ignoring the thousands of messages he was getting from Momo. It's not like he was trying to be rude or anything but Diluc was certain that she made multiple phones in order to be able to message him twice per second and in full paragraphs. He simply replied with a "How about tomorrow at the mall? 4pm?".

She instantly replied with, "Of course!!!" and the rest of the day, he received no more messages.

Elsewhere, Momo Yaoyorozu was in a frenzy trying on every dress she could. Her dad was outside of her bedroom door silently weeping. He expected this phase in her life to be much, much later and wanted to spend as much time with his daughter as possible.

Unfortunately, Diluc was reborn into this world, and his hair is too beautiful; Momo never stood a chance.

Back in the Midoriya household, Diluc was lying down while watching the news. He was silently questioning why Momo was so attached to him in such a short time frame but neglected it and began critiquing the heroes on the T.V. this was his favorite past-time.

(A.N. This will not be too common. Momo is a one-off instant capture, like a tutorial. The helltaker girls won't be immediate either.)

"C'mon, that guy has escaped prison multiple times with his quirk. Why waste time arresting him if he's just gonna escape again? Give him the death penalty." He complained. His stance on enemies that want you dead has been tempered by his time fighting Iudex Gundyr. There isn't a way to survive Iudex if you are so concentrated on arresting him.

At this time, his brother came down the stairs and he immediately stopped ranting about the heroes. Izuku worshipped them too much and Diluc wasn't sure what his reaction would be.

Diluc kept many things secret from Izuku, he was much too innocent to see the harsh reality when he was so young. He also didn't want to worry Izuku too much or give him too much to stress over. He already has to deal with being quirkless, other burdens may crush him.

He watched as his small brother wandered into the kitchen and munched on some hero-flavored chips. Fortunately for Diluc's already absent sanity, there were no All Might chips, only hero-flavored.

Izuku walked back up into his room, presumably to watch more hero clips on YouTube. Diluc and Izuku had a weird relationship. Izuku wasn't told of the 'small side-effects' of Diluc's quirk so he was envious of his abilities. However, even with that, Diluc still helped Izuku where he could, he'd fight off Katsuki and other bullies, he'd always stand in front of him when a hero was fighting a villain nearby and such.

Regardless, Diluc went back to ranting to the T.V. about the heroes being stupid like a dad watching football.

Suddenly, the heroes' broadcast switched off of a small hero's broadcast to All Might fighting a villain. Diluc sighed in boredom and called down his brother so he could watch All Might's new conquest in real time. Without delay, Izuku flew down the stairs as if he had a speed-related quirk and sat down in front of the T.V.

All Might was the hero Diluc hated the most, not because he's a bad person or because he has the same idealistic ideology as every other hero in the world, but because his fights are boring but treated like a national treasure. All he does is show up punch and shout and then smile for the camera, the weaker heroes have way more interesting fights and they use their quirks in very creative ways to beat villains and honestly are just a joy to watch. A far cry from big man shows up and flexes to win.

Diluc finds himself in an instant sleepy state, he'd been quite excited the whole day although he didn't show it so his energy levels were much lower than usual. He found himself completely asleep.

Almost instantly, he shot awake. He had always been as on guard as possible since he had discovered his quirk, he didn't want to accidentally take a nap and have to fight for his life more than he needed to so he avoided naps like the plague.

However, after waking up he found himself completely fine, no waking up in dark souls and no walking over to a sexy firekeeper. He was completely fine. Thankfully, Izuku was too wrapped up in the T.V. program to see that Diluc had shot out of his chair and sprinted upstairs so he could get some sleep without going through hell.
