Syaire's POV
"Syaire! Syaire! Syaire! Syaire!."
"Who's there?" I jolted awake in my sleep with a startle, panting heavily like I'd just ran 15 miles without stopping.
"It's me!" my wolf whispered from inside of me.
"Oh Cedric!. Why did you scare me like that?. And why is your voice low?" I wondered running my hands through my hair.
My wolf usually woke me up with growls and jumps full of energy every morning.
"Father, he's dying!. Father!" His voice fades further from within me and I couldn't feel him.
A strange weakness encompass me, my heart feeling heavy, "Cedric what's wrong with you" I was loosing contact with my wolf.
"Father!" Cedric's voice fades in my head completely.
"Cedric!. Cedric!. Cedric!" I called feeling empty. Where has my wolf gone?. And what's wrong with my father?. I placed my hand over my muscled chest panting.
With human speed, since I couldn't feel my wolf and transform to him, I ran all the way to the forth floor in a breath, not bothering to put on any shoes.
I found the door to my father's room left open. I approached the brown metal door with caution, careful not to make any noise with my exaggerating breathing and wide feet.
My head was higher than the door since I was extremely gigantic and as always I had to bend my neck, lower my knee to be able to pass through.
The moment I stepped in, a cold air met my face and sent chill through my skin, goosebumps grazed my skin and an unpleasant feeling itched under my skin.
Something was wrong!. For sure!.
As I went in fully, a shadow moved swiftly across my eyes.
"Who's there?" I asked, deepening my voice.
In a blink, the shadow was flying towards me. It was too fast for me to act quick and I felt myself being flung backwards, my body crashed through the door, breaking it off it hinges. The door flew out of the room but because my head was higher than it, it saved my body from flying out! My neck only hit the wall above.
I groaned loudly trying to blink my eyes to focus and stop the disorientation engulfing my mind.
"You're so dead!" I muttered. I lifted myself from the door, there was a life size dent of my body on the metal door.
I caught of glimpse of my father on his kind size bed, his eyes were open, looking into vanity above. Is he… dead?.
The shadow was flying at me again in my moment of being distracted. I felt something slice across my left cheek and a familiar warmness pour down my chin, blood.
I brought my left hand up to touch the blood, seeing my own blood caused anger to overtake all other emotions in me.
"Whoever you are?, You die tonight!" I kept my voice low as I search for the shadow that was doing harm in the dark.
It was close to the window, coming at me again, a speck of silver alerted me that he or she was holding a knife.
I balled my fist and got into a boxing stanze. As it got to me, trust me it was really fast and average sized like a teenage boy. But in the darkness I couldn't tell if it was an he or her.
My fist came forward and landed a punch towards the swift Shadow's direction. Successfully, I was able to punch it, the darkness didn't allow me to know which part of it body I punched but I heard bones breaking.
That was the strength of a punch from me. I was proud of it.
It flew back to the direction of the window, falling to the floor in a heap. I watched it carefully still panting. It had crashed through ceramic cases and a table on it way.
I dropped my hand when it didn't approach further. Now who the hell was that!.
I stepped on broken vases on my way, breaking them to pieces even further, I barely felt a sting as my feet was huge and thick.
I was so close to it now, I reached out to grab the person and uncover it identity. As I almost grabbed it in the dark, the figure jolted awake and made rapid movement.
Faster than I could take a breath a silver speck was flying at me. It hit my chest and pierced through the skin into my body.
A loud pained yowl left my mouth as I fell back and collapsed. The pain in my chest was excruciating, spreading through my entire body like flash.
I became stiff with pain, unable to move, even my yowling as decreased as i felt life sipping out of me.
My eyes were foggy as I tried to stay awake
