That was always his first and major concern. There was also an issue about her childhood business betrothals. The White family was closely linked with the Riley family, and they had even arranged a marriage even before the kids were born. Janeth had was already a victim in this even without her knowledge. 

"You seem to have something on your mind," old White asked the butler. They had been together for quite some time and could easily tell guess what the other was thinking from their expressions.

"She already has a kid." A flash of complicated emotions flashed through the old man´s eyes. However, he quickly composed himself back to normal. He was worried that he had to explain a lot to the Riley's, but also could not merge the families, which was beneficial to him. 

On the other hand, the old white family matriarch was elated beyond words. It was some exhilarating news for her. She already had a great grand kid to see! What a joy!  She even hoped to bring the duo back before nightfall. 

The excitement however didn't last long as they were informed that the other party had left the city for London some time back.
