With You

"Because I am you, Niini," Masaru muttered quietly.

Shinsuke brought Masaru up, and this time he hit Masaru's head against a pole.

"What do you mean, huh? So you've been using me all this time?"

Masaru smirked back.

"Tch! So pitiful. You still haven't acknowledged that we are one person?"

Shinsuke strangled Masaru's neck.

"No!! You're not part of me. You're just a murderous demon under the guise of cleaning up evil, right? Confess!"

"You think so? If you hate me so much, why did you create me in your mind?"

"SHUT UP, STUPID!!"

Masaru again tugged at the right corner of his lips.

"Hmm... or maybe you created me to bestow your crimes so you don't get blamed? You're amazing, Takahashi Shinsuke."

"SINCE WHEN I CREATED YOU? YOU'RE THE ONE TAKING OVER MY BODY!! THIS IS ALL YOUR DOING! NOT MY Fault!" Shinsuke pulled Masaru roughly. They were on the edge of the roof of the building at the moment. There are no walls around it. Shinsuke will push Masaru down. "DEATH YOU THERE!"

Shinsuke's hand was held by someone. He turned around.

"Kenkyo?"

"Stop this! I beg you, Takahashi-sama!" Kenkyo pleaded.

"Tch! So, you're defending this rancid man? Then, just get off of it!" Shinsuke also pulled Kenkyo's arm. He pushed Masaru and Kenkyo away. At that moment their bodies floated for a few seconds in the air and hit the ground.

Shinsuke laughed. However, the next second he was crying.

"You are evil! You have betrayed me, Kenkyo. And now you also leave me when I love you so much!!" Shinsuke said between his tears. His hands and head were covered in blood. His vision was blurry, and now everything was dark.

"No matter which dimension or world separates us, I will always be here with you."

That sentence again gave Shinsuke hope. Since the first Kenkyo it has never changed. Even though Shinsuke's attitude was harsh and cold all this time, Kenkyo never once let go of his hand. Shinsuke had been the one running away all this time.

"I will bring you back, My Tantei. We will be in the same world," said Kenkyo softly.
