"What do you plan to do now?" Clyde asked Duke Arthur from his seat in his study. He had let himself in earlier and decided to wait for him to appear.
"Don't you know it is rude to just barge into someone else's study?" Duke Arthur growled in warning.
"Calm down, pup," Clyde said as he took a sip from his flask. The red liquid stained the center of his lips and he flicked his tongue out to get the last drop.
Duke Arthur's eyes flashed golden yellow. His wolf was angry at the disrespect that Clyde was showing him and he growled before he lunged to grab Clyde by the throat.
Clyde slipped to the side and laughed, "I have over four hundred years on you, pup. You better calm down," he said.
"Call me pup one more time," he growled.
"Fine, I won't, if you stop acting like one. It is great that your men were able to save one child, but what happens when they notice he is missing?" Clyde asked.
