Elemental Nations.

Land of Wind.

Year 1499, six months before the establishment of Konoha village.

Kaijin Clan.

"Patriarch, some rumors says that the Uchiha and Senju clan of the Land of Fire are planning to end their conflicts and form an alliance. We have yet to confirm this." Said Genjiro Kaijin, a Jounin of the Kaijin clan.

He is is a middle aged man, with short brown hair and beard, a rather muscular build, with brown eyes and tanned skin, wearing a Desert Camouflage Uniform with matching boots and fingerless gloves.

He was staring at the young man in front of him. His gaze full of respect and awe. Why wouldn't he? This young man is the greatest patriarch the Kaijin Clan ever had.

Asahi Kaijin.

A young man at the age of 22, with tanned skin, hazel eyes, messy dark brown hair, and what(certain people) refer to as "swimmer's body". He is quite tall, standing at 183cm, wearing something similar to Altaïr's Master Assassin Robe from Assassin's Creed.

At the young age of twelve, he became the patriarch of the declining and almost dying Kaijin clan and managed to bring it back, bigger, better, and stronger.

In ten years since he took over, the Kaijin clan ushered a rapid increase in military strength, economic power, and agricultural power.

With his mastery in Sand Release, he built infrastructures, roads, and even built ports(since their clan lived near the sea). This Ziggurat, a massive structure where the patriarch lived in, is also one of the many he built.

Now, at the age of 22, the Kaijin clan is the undisputed number one shinobi clan in the entire Land of Wind, having reputation equalling the Uchiha's and Senju's.

"I...see." The patriarch hummed. "How about the other thing I ask you to investigate?"

"Yes. We have found a temple south-west of the Land of Wind where a large beast similar to a raccoon was living. We didn't approach it as you ordered and merely observed. It noticed us, but didn't really do anything but continue sleeping. That...thing, it scares me."

"Okay. You may leave for now."

"Understood!" With that, Genjiro disappeared with the wind.

The patriarch sighed, before looking at the small but bustling town he had built for the past ten years, and couldn't help but smile.

22 years ago, when he was just an ex-special forces from a certain country's military who retired after being injured on the foot and decided to live as a civilian.

Since he was a kid, he always like anime, even when he was still in the military he always had time to watch. So when he retired, he spent the rest of his life watching anime.

Unfortunately, when he went to his car to buy some groceries, it exploded, killing him instantly.

He found out that he reincarnated(shocking) into the Sengoku Period of Naruto World or Elemental Nations, this Kaijin clan was already on the verge of extinction.

They barely have something to eat, they don't have permament home, and the strongest shinobi of that time was only a Chunin.

If they try raiding villages or taking over one, there's a high probability that those villages could hire other shinobi clan to annihilate them. And Kaijin has little to no strength to fight back, so they can only wander the endless sand until they reached the south near the sea and decided to settle there.

Asahi was born as the son of the patriarch of Kaijin clan at that time, and at young age he showed unparalleled talent, making the entire Kaijin clan place their hopes of being a great clan on his shoulder.

And he did not disappoint. At the age of six, he led campaign against other weaker clans, plundering them of their jutsus and resources.

He taught his clansmen those jutsus and strengthen them, and led them against other clans.

This process repeated until Asahi was twelve and he took over the Kaijin clan when his father died. He stopped focusing on conquering other clans and focused on internal matters.

He solved the food problem by building ports for ships to trade and fishng, planted coconuts, apples, peaches, and other desert weather tolerant fruits and crops.

Their population has also started to grow to 500 due to some other "wanderers" that Kaijin took in.

He also started a Shinobi Academy to increase the military of Kaijin clan and they started recruiting even civilians. He also built some civilian schools for those who don't want to be a shinobi, but Asahi ordered the students must undergo basic shinobi training just in case.

Then, he began to spread the name of the Kaijin clan by taking missions after missions and eventually, the Land of Wind just called them the strongest clan in the country.

"Well, it seems like the establishment of Shinobi village is coming soon." Asahi sat back down on his throne and pondered for a moment, "I should start recruiting some clans to form a shinobi village soon."

Asahi actually tried forming a shinobi village sooner, but those clans were too prideful and arrogant and refused to join him, so he just destroyed them and plundered them.

He find it normal. After all, the clans are pretty much wary against each other and some even hated one another. The only reason that the shinobi villages were formed was because of the threath brought by the alliance of the Uchiha and Senju.

Asahi was strong, there's no doubt. He's a genuine Kage-level powerhouse, but he wasn't so strong that can make other clans submit to him. Some of them have Kage-level too, while others have several Elite-Jounin.

And just a little info, from what he found out, Sengoku period is actually the strongest era of Shinobi barring the Kaguya Era, The Fourth War, and Boruto.

That is because in this times, Kage-level shinobis were numerous. Any first class clans has at least one of them, and there are countless clans in all of Elemental Nations.

It was probably the result of the First Shinobi World War that greatly weakened the overall strength of Elemental Nations.

Asahi guessed that it was probably Black Zetsu wanting to weaken the Elemental Nations so that they'd have little resistance or interference with his plans of reviving that alien MILF he would give his life to bang.

'Don't judge me. I know you'd do it too. You simps.'

'Well, for now I should probably go and meet Shukaku. With a walking nuclear bomb on my side, it'd be easier to subdue those other clans.' Asahi stood up before saying, "I'll be leaving the clan for awhile. You're in charge while I'm gone. And inform all clans in the Land of Wind that I wanted to talk to them."

"Understood." A soft feminine voice resounded throughout the hall as Asahi walked out.
