Magical Girl Global Association

Almira is shaken in fear as she's standing in front of the Magical Girl Global Association building. Eye twitching from fear.

Both women are wearing casual floral dresses with Dorothy having a straw hat while Almira is wearing a hoodie with ball cap underneath.

Serena looks up then with a snarky grin. "If you walk in, they'll scan you if you're a Witch." Mocking her with a mock Witch cackle at her.

"What?!" Almira jump to the side.

"I'm sure it will be fine, will it Serena?" Looking down at her, who leaps onto the shoulder.

"As long you two don't do anything Witchy, because I'm also risking my life here as well." Serena replied that made Almira sign of relief.

"Speaking of which, cat. What happen if you got caught with Witches?" Almira asked as they're preparing to walk in while other women are either walking in or out of the building.

"I don't really know since we never have a case like this, but I guess maybe lose human conscious since I'm like that stray back in the apartment." Serena answered Almira's question. "And I like having human level intellengience, thank you."

"So in a way, you're a Familiar to Magical Girls?" Almira compared.

Serena felt offended by the comparison. "We're nothing like your Famaliars. We have class and respect, and our jobs to guide others. Not use them to mislead others."

Both Dorothy and Almira look at her. "But we are using you to mislead them, and trying to get in. So in a way, I have two Familiars." Dorothy giggled.

"Let's go in. I want to get this over with, as fast as possible." Almira said to Dorothy.

"Quite so." Serena leaps off of Dorothy's shoulder as she take charge.

All three of them enter the building, and Dorothy is shocked to the see the MGGA Building has a huge lounge with a desk in the middle with multiple people working behind it. Looking around to see everything is so bright, brighter than the city itself like being inside of a crystal. She also see a small gift shop then turn back to witness others.

Almira is trying to hide her identity as she noticed a few Witches are being sent to the back, like a holding cell.

"Welcome to the MGGA." Serena took a took breath as a sign of relief. "Not as respectable as the Washington branch, but I feel like I finally came back home."

Dorothy is amazed then noticed a coffee shop with a five star restaurant at the side. "This is amazing! How about a quick tour through words?" Seeing other Magical Vigilantes.

Serena smiled. "Gladly!"

She guide them to the MGGA Building map.

"Vigilantes like you can only get this; there's the hangout pubs where you can get a good food and drink; a gym to workout but for limited to the weekends; you have to pay full price for a private home theater, either alone or a group of friends; Or watch a play."

Serena look at those in the restaurant.

"As for the other perks of being a real Magical Girl, and free of charge; that 5 star restaurant you saw is only for Magical Girls; there's a spa resort; even use the back place as a private hotel from going to other places if Magical Girls from other countries can't get a place to live at."

"And the Witches?" Almira asked.

"They'll be sent there as you had to bring them into the Iron Maiden holding cell, then go to the front to file the paperwork." Serena points which caused Almira to be completely scared at the mentioned of the Iron Maiden.

They're walking at the front desk after seeing the map.

Almira rolled her eyes, but with a sign of relief after putting the Iron Maiden in the back of her mind. "How can the government pay for this? And on a side note, can anyone like us can enter this building?"

Serena turns as she present a her collar. "No. Unless you're applying for Vigilante or a Wanted Witch in the area. Unless you have a Guide like me or a Locket, you can get to the building parts I had mentioned. And purchase the Locket with a legal guardian since they are sending their children to dangers, unless you buy it from the website. Anything else, you'll be escorted out of the building."

"There's no gift shops for those who's browsing around?" Almira jokes.

Serena and Dorothy point at the far corner to see a small space for the gift store.

"Oh!" Almira is embarrassed. "And what level can you get that?" She asked Serena.

"Open for anyone, as long you're paying. If you want to window shop, go to a mall instead." Serena answered.

All three start walking to the front desk, while unknown to them all, the Alegria enter the building then went into the gift shop with the mother have the same reaction as Almira have with the daughter have the same awe-inspired look as Dorothy.

"And what do Pink Magical Girl guides get?" Dorothy asked as they stop at the front desk of a well dressed women behind it that she transform into an orange cat.

"This!" Serena present.

"Welcome to the Magical Girl Global Association building. How can I help you?" She bows as she does the paperwork the same way as Serena does.

Serena turn to her as Almira placed three tickets on front.

"Yes. We're here to pay off the three tickets to pay." Serena said as Dorothy place them down with three Lockets. "You must have it, since I email it in advanced."

"Names, please?" She start typing.

"The three Vigilantes in question are; Dorothy Crawford, model: Sleeping Beauty; Cassandra Brooks, model: Little Mermaid; and Lyra Black, model: Wonderland." Serena said to her.

The front desk cat is looking over the email then start looking at both Almira and Dorothy. "I assume that young one is Dorothy Crawford?"

"Wow!" She is surprised. "How on Earth can you deduced that?"

"The country girl look kind of gave it away, as it was reported here." She replies then count the tickets. "There's three tickets. Where's the fourth, Melissa Barthel? She had been mentioned in your email."

"She'll be late, perhaps around later tonight or early morning." Serena replied.

"Understood." She type in. "Will that be cash or credit?"

"Cash." Almira answered by placing 30 thousand down on the front desk.

The desk cat count the bills and looking over. "And now the additional 30 grand, and birth certificate, please."

"Huh?!" Both Almira and Serena are surprised. Both of them give out an awkward chuckled. Both of them slam their hands on the desk. "What do you mean, 30 grand and birth certificate?!" Both of them shouted.

"I was told that I can get it down to 15 thousand since she was part of the Oztown incident!"

"And why birth certificate?!"

Dorothy look around to see some Vigilantes and Magical Girls are giggling over their reaction, thus causing her to be embarrassed.

The desk cat isn't amused by their reaction.

Looks at Serena first. "It's quite simple. Just because you had went into battle with an evil Witch, doesn't mean you get special treatment. Vigilantes have to go through the same trials as other Magical Girls and Queens had when they first started out."

Turn to face Almira. "As for the birth certificate, it's a new rule. I thought all Guides must had learn it from the program?"

Serena look embarrassed. "I missed the weekends."

"That explains it." She type in Guide Incompetence. "And reading your report, all four are currently living in Kansas? Is that true?"

"Correct." Serena with a frustrated eye twitch as she saw her note.

"And it's also said here that the Neo Brauns Army had kidnap your original Vigilante, Rebecca Wolfe, is that correct?"

"Yes." Serena stood tall. "Because after the incident, we had a run in with an Hispanic Witch then one of the Neo Brauns took her in."

"And if this incident had happen in Oztown, and these two originated from it, what can you tell me about the kidnapping?" She looks at both of them.

"We were exhausted from the fight with the Hispanic Witch, and after a long day, one of them caught her while we went our separate ways before going back to work on the town reconstruction." Dorothy answered.

"Then what were you doing, if you're a legal guardian?"

"Making my niece here a damn good meal." Almira said but Serena upchuck a bit before swallowing it back down. "You see, I was against this whole thing at first. I even don't my niece to be a Red Magical Girl since they're normally the first be hunted down after they graduate from the Academia."

"That's understandable." She looks over the report and read more about the Neo Brauns, and Dorothy's goal.

"And once you pay it all off, you're planning on bringing in a Neo Braun?"

"Mostly taking the whole organization down." Dorothy said with determination.

"Eager. But quite stupid." She raised an eyebrow but more impressed than doubtful.

"And what happen if we went into a diffent country and she brings in a different Witch, in order to let her be up there in the rankings?" Almira asked as Serena rolled her eyes.

"You must provide paperwork, and why you went into the country, if you're only there to Witch steal, then you'll also be charged as an invader and perhaps be banned from the country. And you need to have legal consent on aiding other Vigilantes for the Witch hunt, by having 5 Magical Girls to sign the consent waiver. You ain't the first to come up with that method, so it's quite understandable if you didn't know but rules are rules."

"Right!" Almira then glares down at Serena, who shrugs her shoulders like she didn't know. "You seem to missed that class too, huh?"

Desk cat adds; A Really Incompetent Guide.

"May I ask you one thing before we take our leave?" Dorothy said.

"Ask away."

"Why do a Magical Girl have to be so governmental? From the history books I read, the original Magical Girls were more independent back then." Dorothy leans down to the desk cat.

She smiled. "Because of the Status Quo."

"Status Quo?" Dorothy is confused.

"Yes. It's something that all Magical Girls have heard about. It's a simple story structure, but it's basically good beating evil. All stories have that story structure, but since us Magical Girls are always represent that's good since Witches doe vile and evil things in order to get ahead in life. Even that Hikaru Asuna is talking about peace, but the Magical Queens are too smart on believing such ideal word from a Witch. So when the evil Witches are all defeated, the Magical Queens will lead the world into eternal world peace and freedom in the end. As for independence, there was no MGGA back then till the 2000's."

Almira rolled her eyes, then spoke up. "What if Witches are also afraid of this Hikaru Asuna?"

"Then the Witches are clearly in the wrong, since if they really do believe in peace, then they should surrender themselves as a way of redemption. Since that's also in the Status Quo, redeeming a villain. Like the brave Witches that leak information on those who were hiding for their crimes. Witches believe in peace is either a ploy for conquest or destruction. Asuna is still a Witch, and if she does believe in peace, then she would sell every other Witch across the world to face justice."

"Coming from Oztown, and seeing what a Witch can do, what is the plan from this Asuna?" Almira is curious.

"Normally it's classified but this is from a Witch, they don't have much human rights to begin with. Her overall plan, is to bring back at stupid Witch's Academy project."

"Right." Almira laugh it off with the desk cat.

Two women from behind were escorted out of the building, causing a big fuss, speaking out in Spanish. The daughter is trying to explain everything but embarrassed from her mother's ranting out.

Both Almira and Dorothy noticed that it was the Alegrias.

"We'll take our leave. Since both of our friends we made our way are the same people that is being tossed out." Dorothy said to them.

"By accident." Almira added.

"Understood. And Ms. Crawford..." The desk cat tail whip the Sleeping Beauty Locket towards Dorothy, which shocked both Almira and Serena.

Dorothy questioned the decision. "Why?"

Desk cat explains, "Because as a potential Pink Magical Girl, we can't take that away from you. So I believe you can provide that birth certificate, Ms. Crawford. And once you do, good luck on rescuing your comrade from the Neo Brauns." She bows to her.

"Thanks." Dorothy smiled at her.

"Serena!" The desk cat spoke up. "Since they're registered under independent without a Guide, and if you're planning on making them all under your name, then we can have a meeting later one tonight or early morning."

"Morning sounds fine to me." Serena awkwardly smiled as she return to Dorothy's shoulder by leaping onto her.

They make their way out to see the Alegria arguing with security, but Maria is speaking in Spanish.

"Hi there!" Almira placed her arm around. "So glad to see you again. Sorry about my friend here. She's still new in the country and all. Still need to understand it."

"Well it's alright. Just don't try to break in again." Security went back into the building.

Maria Alegria look disgusted from Almira saving her as they're all walking away from the MGGA, and in private.

"If you need cheering up, I'm pretty sure the children hospital wing might be open for you to drown them. I think the elderly is getting a bath right now." Almira poke fun at Maria.

"Let go of me." Maria angrily mutters as she didn't find the joke funny, then curse her in Spanish. "You hateful bitch."

Dorothy pull her away while the daughter is kept between of the two while Serena is looking over from Dorothy's shoulder.

"Sorry about my Mentor. She's like that." Dorothy apologizes, then offer a hand shake. "I didn't get your name from the trailer. I was gonna look for you at the Meeting, but this is great timing for both of us. Name's Dorothy Crawford, the Wicked Magical Girl. Or as a Witch, Glinda Gardner, the Northern Good Witch."

"I'm Lorona Alegria. I'm the daughter of La Llorona." She introduced herself. "Pleasure to meet you." She smiled with a cackle her own.
