Chapter - 44 [ Unknown Planning ]

Inside a room of the women's dormitory, there was a girl talking to the shadow reflection on the mirror.

"How dare he..!? H-He humiliated me in public..! And what was that..? I couldn't use my magic..!"

Hearing the girl's complaint, the shadow replied in a rough voice, "I never thought I would see someone with an ability like that."

Hearing the shadow's words, the girl asked, "What do you mean..? Perhaps you know what he did..?"

"He nullified your Magic Power. No... He nullified the magic power of everyone within a certain range."

His words made her heart stop for a moment. "What..? Doesn't that mean he is a natural enemy of Magister's..!?"

"That's right. However, what I am intrigued about is, how is he able to suppress even my power..."

"What..!?"

She was now scared. Who the hell did she be offended just to act arrogantly..? The shadow is an invincible existence to her. So when she heard its power was suppressed, her mind was in a greater turmoil.

The shadow thought in its mind, 'I remember only one person capable of something like this even among my kind. It is very annoying to fight something with such power.'

"For now, just watch him closely. Don't act now. We have yet to know anything about him."

To the shadow's advice, she said."Yes. I will do that." Then without saying anything, the shadow disappeared from the mirror.

"I will show you who you are messing with, Boy..." Her words were cold but there was no one else to hear it.

Walking past the classroom building, Adam reached a large green field with a lot of flowers. It was a flower garden, but larger than any normal garden. Stopping before turning around he looked towards the trio of Raiser, Rubelia, Helio and said, "Why are you guys following me..?"

Though they all stopped, Rubelia walked forward after hearing his words. Then she poked his chest with her index finger before saying, "What..? Are we not your friends..?"

Her actions were a huge shock to both Raiser and Helio as they knew how cold she was towards men other than her family. Now here she was touching someone else without even any change of face.

"Of course you are my friends. However, that doesn't mean you have to follow me."

Then Raiser asked, "We are here to ask about what happened when she suddenly tried to attack you. She wasn't able to do anything... Did you do something...?" His words were friendly and with only mild interest.

"What do you mean I did something....? I think she was trying to be wise and thought it wasn't a good idea to hurt a junior in front of such a crowd."

Though his words were a little true, they weren't going to believe in his lie.

"I won't press you Adam. However, when you were about to be attacked by her, I tried to get involved, but you know what happened? I couldn't use magic. So now tell me if I was being wise too....?"

Although he could have denied, he decided to let them hear a little truth. "Yes, yes you won..! I did it, okay..?!"

His words were exciting to Raiser, while Rubelia and Helio were in deep contemplation. The girls already knew about his myriad of abilities. So they weren't that surprised.

"So can you tell us what that was..?" Rubelia asked with a nervous look. Adam nodded.

"It is a barrier Magic I created. It's called the Anti-Magic barrier. It nullifies the magic power of anyone weaker than me."

His words were too much as even Amy and the others felt their body trembling.

'If what he said is true, then no one other than the king can even touch the hair of his body.'

Amy thought. Even though she was from the same world, she wasn't that much of a book worm. Only reading some random novels, she wasn't knowledgeable about skills and ideas.

"What..?" Raiser couldn't believe his ears. How can such an ability exist...? And it's a barrier...? He never heard of such a barrier. Then remembering something he asked,

"Wait..! You said you created the barrier Magic..? How is that possible..?!"

From his knowledge only ancient people, in other words the ancestors of each race were the only people who could do that. Then, how is Adam able to do such a thing..?

"Yes I created it. It's actually very easy if you have the knowledge about it."

This time it was Rubelia who screamed, "Easy you say? How can it be easy..? Wait if what you said is true, then you are already a Grand Mage level magister?? And no one under you can even touch you...?"

Her words made the others eyes widened considerably. Seeing this Adam chuckled. But then he said something he decided after knowing something.

"Forget that. There is another problem. That girl, she is being possessed by something."

"What..?? Could it be a demon, or a spirit..?"

However Adam shook his head and said, "It wasn't a demon or spirit. If it was a demon, I would have known. If it was a spirit, Camellia, the contracted spirit of Xe's would have notified us. Even so, it seems she is aware of it. And she is not resisting it. My intuition is telling me that, it is something out of this world."

Raiser, Rubelia and Helio never understood his words. However, the girls had different expressions. Adam seeing the trio's face smiled and said, "It's nothing to worry about for now. Just leave for now."

Saying this he and the girls left the trio without saying anything. After walking away, Amy asked in a nervous voice, "Is it another reincarnated person..?"

"No and yes. I think this one is from another world. But not a human. What I felt from it was an endless tyranny."

The girls trembled hearing this. "Could it be it is trying to do something to our world...?

" I don't know. It can be that or anything else. We have to be careful around her."

They all nodded before leaving for their rooms in the dormitories.

In a world with dark crimson red sky, there was a large castle, or one can call it a tower. It was too large to say castle. On one of the floors of the tower, six silhouettes were seated on their respective thrones. One of them said,

"We finally found a world for us to conquer. After waiting for hundreds of years, a spiritual ray was born. Although the world we found isn't large enough, it is still a world full of greatness. We were able to get a result, which showed that, it is possible to surpass our current selves within that energy rich atmosphere."

The others nodded. Another one said, "Although our strength is greater than them, there are still some, who could be dangerous to us. The highest level of humans and other races are King Level. In other words, it's the same as us. But it seems there are only a few of them with that much strength. Another advantage for them is that, it is their home world. Well, we have our lord with strength surpassing all of us, and our mother as well."

"I heard from 'him' that, there are some pests as well. They are called, spirits, dragons, and monsters. I don't know how. But he said, These three are the highest level of strength in that world. We have to think that, each one of their leaders are similar to us in strength."

The others nodded. Then the one who talked first said, "I also got a report saying that the cursed one is actually planning against us. She seems to be using another one from that world. It is very annoying to fight her as we can't resist her authority."

"That is exactly why we exiled her. Now she's plotting against us..?"

"Should we warn her..?"

"No. Even if we warn her, she wouldn't take it to heart. But no matter what, we will conquer that world and fulfill our mother's wishes...!"

They all nodded in understanding.
